what do you think a fair value of share price? i do know that they need to hold the share price above 6p for six months , then they can issue more shares to raise funds, maybe this will be sooner than later.

Look guys this is a major opportunity. Market Cap is only £5.6M.
Full year profits with website income,Kellys Eye and the existing operations could be between £500k to £1m. Don't forget roulette machines are being developed to go into the clubs.Goes any lower serious top up
