A squeeze on by the looks of it (noticeably quiet BBs).

Fakeout/shakeout (Linda Bradford -Raschke favourite) of 4 week break down and potentially Nov/Dec lows. A close above 46 area would open up a run to the 150/200ema I would have thought.
Whether it could be a brief squeeze as in Dec or something more long lasting, no idea.

Why? Seems in line with expectations and within a cyclical hadware market...good things to come, no? Cash and new financial arrangements. Exploring different revenue streams. Growth in Spain. No debt pressures.

Bit of exposure today - Eurogamer article regarding the Playstation VR hardware touted in the end of year results. Pre-orders open now and due for release in Oct [1].

"ORIGINAL STORY 11.10am: You can now pre-order a PlayStation VR in-store at GAME - but only if you hand over a £100 deposit.

Eurogamer spoke to GAME shop staff who explained the deposit was necessary due to limited amount of stock.

There's no upfront charge for ordering the £349 headset via GAME's website - just for ordering one in the chain's bricks and mortar shops.

GAME's site is also offering a bundle option which includes a PlayStation Camera - which you'll need if you don't have one already. This option is £40 more expensive, at £389.

Hopefully GAME's website will behave itself this time - and doesn't delay orders or take payment for them multiple times."
