Board Change
Gama Aviation Plc announces that Daniel Ruback, Group CFO, has tendered his resignation as a Director of the Group in order to pursue other opportunities outside of the Group. Daniel will remain with the business to lead the 2021 year end close and audit process, which is anticipated to complete in April 2022. The Board is taking immediate steps to appoint an interim CFO pending the appointment of a permanent replacement.
Commenting on the announcement, Marwan Khalek, CEO of Gama Aviation Plc said:
