Announcement of suspension of Trading

G3 announces a clarification to its announcement at 11.15 on 21 November announcing that trading in the Company's shares had been suspended at the request of the Company ("Suspension").

The Company has been informed that its request for Suspension is currently being considered by the FCA and the Company will update the market as soon as it is in a position to do so.
