Rob that is the big question. We need the company to make a statement.

Would you say it is worth getting on the boat before they do suspend? Just in case? These prices are ridiculousy low for this company right now...

It all depends if the actual 'appraoch' was part of the insider scam.

Wow, just had a look at that link posted earlier, to do with the FSA investigation. WIthout a doubt that has had a major impact upon theshare price, buti feel it was a huge over reaction. Typical nowadays, but not complaints from me. Its where the money is made. =)

I agree completely, there are masses of profits to be made on this stock right now, such a drastic drop, there will be an equivilant rise in my opinion. I just can't see itnot happening. Who else here is buying in?

When it moves up, it tends to do so in quite large chunks as it's not very liquid.

Although i know the old saying goes, dont buy just because it looks cheap, but right now the price of this share just seems toogood topass up on. I can only see it going up from here, even if thereis a slight drop before hand. It just seems undeniable what is about to happen. Other opinions?

All buys from 59.5p. Can't see how this would sink the company. It might however make it easier for them to accept an 80p offer (which I thought was a bit low ball)

This share seems to attract the more unwanted news... few years ago it was the former Chief Exec who tried to sue FGN wrapped up in court litigation which nearly brought the company to its knees and now this . I hope this doesnt mean the firm is going to the wall... who will take on this guys 16% holding if he is found guilty.

If bid isn't off and it's around the 80p mark (as suggested by RNS) then it's a great buying opportunity. I've added at 69p and 64p but keeps dropping. Might add a few more as could be quick 30% gain back to 80p?
waterloo01

or it might be due to this

It's not the Bid being off that's causing the decline, just a couple of traders allegedly being caught out.

EDIT : Feel sorry for the Company; no fault of it's own.
