The lack of patent could also be one of the other performance obligations. So the upfront payments are just ‘contract liability’ same as a debt on the balance sheet until this ‘key performance obligation’, ‘which is expected to be met in 2024’. There was also another £600k in ‘contract liability’ in the balance sheet to 30th June. So it seems others like Cooper have also put in performance obligations. A total of £3.8m including Haleon in ‘contract liability’ now on the balance sheet. And as was previously posted by others. Even if the current patent application still pending is granted. It is questionable if it prevents any competitor from marketing their own non medicated placebo hydroalcoholic gels as ‘clinically proven’ for ED. As that is what the FDA defined Eroxon as, ‘a non medicated hydroalcoholic gel’.

Bin in this one for years and now consolidating at 43. Shows as a sale so might be all the others at this level. Anyone's guess.

I told you so! Broke 45p and now in free fall towards the 30s. No sign of support here at all, not even a dead cat bounce. Might hit one just before it gets to 40p, but not looking good for the rampers!
