09/6/2017 10:57 | May still get an opportunist bid if the 75 % is not reached. | lingy
09/6/2017 10:30 | Shareprice always knows something. | j777j
08/6/2017 17:50 | Indeed. That's why it had come crashing down before all the delisting shenanigans... | zcaprd7
08/6/2017 11:53 | Indeed Smithless. There were many red flags even before their disgraceful announcement to delist. There won't be long to wait before it has a resolution in any case. | andysand
08/6/2017 11:52 | They are back like ants.First one then many. | j777j
08/6/2017 11:50 | Like Andy, I'm also just interested, as the risk reward at these levels isn't worth shorting it. The reason I also think we may have to use the 'F' word, is the aggressive capitalisation of R&D, which is distorting profits and operational cash flow. See below from last prelims. I think perhaps events are catching up with them and thus why its keen not to disclose its interims Continued investments in Research & Development ("R&D") of GIANT: o Capitalisation amounted to RM26.4m in 2016, representing 28% of total sales for the year (in line with our budget of 25% - 30%). Investments in R&D is expected to continue for the near term, as there is significant advancement in this fast growing space of Big Data, the Internet of Things, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence. Amortisation recorded in 2016 amounted to RM7.7m. This is circa 30% of the capitalised amount for 2016 | smithless
08/6/2017 11:32 | I am not here for charitable reasons. And I am not a shareholder.I am here because I am extremely interested how this pans out. I believe we are witnessing a nasty fraud. I want to see if they get away with it. I am also interested in the psychology of people who buy a share like this with SO much risk attached. I think I know the endgame. It's zero. But I am also more than happy to admit that I was wrong if that time should come. Either way, there will be educational value. | andysand
08/6/2017 11:24 | Even if they do delist how will the shorts buy their shares back to lock in gains?Teh and his brigade believe the shares were cheap at 150p. I take it you are not a shareholder but are just here for charitable reasons. Hmm. | j777j
08/6/2017 11:19 | Well, I will consider that :) But, ONLY if they don't delist. A days speculation doesn't make me wrong. | andysand
08/6/2017 11:16 | Have you considered a name change to headinthe...? | j777j
08/6/2017 11:10 | Very interesting to watch. But surely this is a 'false market'? The shares could be suspended at any moment. But so far I have been wrong. I expected it to go near to single figures by now. I am sure we will all learn something valuable from this. | andysand
08/6/2017 10:55 | J777J - your prediction on a short squeeze looks like its coming true, although I'm not fully sure why, as many holders will not be allowed to hold unquoted investments ISA etc and if not already sold out, will take any price once suspended. Anyway a squeeze is happening so it is what its is - perhaps Ivan is buying to get to 75%. Worth thinking about is the interims, which are due the end of the mth otherwise the S word kicks in, so it may be heads I win tails I win for Ivan | smithless
08/6/2017 10:50 | "the pressure the soft spoken and polite Teh faces in Malaysia where the government is expecting him to grow Fusionex into one of the top BDA companies in Asia and in the process give the country its star enterprise computing winner and inspire other Malaysian entrepreneurs to create winning software companies as well." When you have governments involved, anything can happen, as they play by different rules. Gla. | j777j
08/6/2017 10:46 | If Teh thinks 150p was too cheap and right now you can buy for 40'S you would buy up every share possible. In the knowledge that should it go off market Teh will be looking for pounds per share. Interesting times. | j777j
08/6/2017 10:33 | Put a 1 in front of the 4 and it might get interesting. | j777j

07/6/2017 16:26 | Shorts will have to close out soon so expect a nice steady rise from here. | lingy
07/6/2017 16:22 | The same applies to a private equity firm whose business is, er private equity. | j777j
07/6/2017 16:03 | If the business is legit and going to be so great,as a competitor I would be backing up the truck.Time will no doubt tell. | j777j
07/6/2017 14:04 | Well, if his cohorts are happy to own the delisted shares... The problem I have is finding a tax efficient vehicle for holding the unlisted shares, other than my bare bones trading account? | zcaprd7 |
