02/6/2017 11:38 | Yes, very odd, taking it private, weeks after a massive product launch! | zcaprd7
02/6/2017 11:01 | This is the most bizarre thing I have ever seen. RNS releases announcing 'good' news from a company that deliberately crashed its own shares. I can scarcely believe that they have not broken the law here. I suggest all those who held find a lawyer. At the very least, talk to aim regulation and see if there is a way to be compensated. | andysand
02/6/2017 10:08 | There have been some very large sells u fool. | highasakite
02/6/2017 09:52 | How can you have large buys without large sells? Is someone printing new shares somewhere? Actually nothing would surprise me with this lot. | blah blah
02/6/2017 09:43 | The vote to delist is a done deal. | highasakite
02/6/2017 09:28 | I have seen some large buys since the announcement, but not large sells. What about our II's such as Standard life? Presumably holding and will vote against? Any thoughts? | digger18
02/6/2017 09:04 | J7-I am a client of several 'Partners' on their website who hold data on me, and will be watching closely what kind of analytical software, and more importantly the quality and integrity of companies it comes from, they use in relation to data analysis and may contact them with questions about what due diligence they have done on their software vendors, to ensure my and other customers data is safe. imo | cumnor
02/6/2017 09:01 | On Hargreaves lands down log into account go to portfolio then against fusonex you can vote. | lingy
02/6/2017 08:51 | Actually that is for the ant the mini version of Giant 17 which is aimed specifically at sme's.Priced to be a mass market product with recurring revenues. Re no value. You can buy the entire business for close to it's cash balance. | j777j
02/6/2017 08:49 | Can't believe the head in the sand attitude or some here - this guy Teh is stealing your investment and you are still saying what a great business this is and how Teh will relist somewhere and the shareholders will make a great return. There is zero chance of that - if he is prepared to ride roughshod over shareholders in the glare of a public market listing, how do you think he will behave when the company is private? Maybe issue a ton of shares to his buddies and dilute minority / PI holders to hell? Maybe create different classes of share? Maybe asset strip into a new business controlled by him? The only chance for shareholders is he fails to get 75%, if he does the share price will fall to pennies. And all the drivel about the technology and contract wins is irrelevant in the face of that. Oh and by the way one of those articles said Giant 17 started at RM100 per month. That's £18. You're going to need a lot of deals of that size to post a profit. | blah blah

02/6/2017 07:45 | Erm the reason for their delisting is their disgust at the undervaluation attributed to their shares. A trade sale is another possibility. Sit tight and you may realise a ten bagger in the next 24 months. Goh Thean Eu | Jun 02, 2017 •John Croft, Fusionex chairman who resigned recently, apparently approved delisting idea, a source revealed. •Teh not ruling out possibility of re-listing Just because the shorts are telling you to sell doesn't mean you need to blindly follow. Gather the facts. Cast your vote. Express your voice to the co comms@adv-fusionex.c | j777j
02/6/2017 07:33 | OK lingy....thanks. Let's all cling on to a bit of hope when all value is lost around us. And matched bargain J77 is not going of offer you the price you hope for.... It would be a fire sale price. | muffster
02/6/2017 07:29 | Don't sell as these shorts will be buyers to close their position ,like I said before this is no way over . | lingy
02/6/2017 07:25 | ER no they will offer a matched bargain trading facility probably until they relist. They wont be able to relist if they robbed their shareholders. Duh | j777j
02/6/2017 07:23 | Oops typo... Hes going to say that.... And so if you can't sell them... | muffster |
