Yes we have too but unfortunately he still attempts to be a problem , so hes getting a bit of a taste of his own medicine |

Few buys coming in ,are we about to rise back up.
Why not go on the TRAC BB and express your concern over whether TRAC raised enough and maybe will need to come back to the market to raise more at an even lower price soon ? |

The problem is that people just don't filter and ignore, the poster in question is only here to haunt any poster from the HVO/POLB threads, he is already 'blue' so you would be unable to moderate on a new thread, just apply the filter and ignore the noise.... |
Aren’t balanced sorry |
These lads are balanced posters |
No there has to be balanced debate and we can't just exclude the negative or opposite comments because we don't like them when their every bit as valid as positive comments. Is that not just censorship like they have in authoritarian regimes |
Yes please |
Just a question for the genuine posters here. Do we need a moderated board here to get rid of these moronic posters? If so, I’m happy to set one up |
Complete rubbish…. |
Last results in November they had £0.4 million left, six months prior to that the spending was £0.8 million, the company will do a placing regardless of the grant money, these guys will screw shareholders the same as any other small cap company would, then after might buy back in after selling earlier on the rise, every little helps. |
Trout,
BBs are better when bull/bear posts are posted. Posters may raise concerns etc which you might have missed. Without this you have confirmation bias.
If bull points can be countered it makes the bear case stronger. If bear points can be countered it makes the bull case stronger.
Look at your and LKP ramping on HVO at c30p. I raised several red flags. The company newsflow has vindicated my concerns. |
gtc, Don't get drawn in, just filter....You are doing everything they want you to do by responding and feeding them. |

Fair enough. I don't agree, so let's agree to disagree.
Let's see what they say and confirm they have received monies. I expect it will be months before everything has settled/integrated for the project. |
If the project they’re working on with the FMI has specific consumables then you would assume they are eligible to claim the cost of those then any sensible business would claim against the allowed costs. The board have been clear no fund raise needed and that was before the grant award. You need to understand how things work. |
gtc
Companies don't normally say they are using funding on consumables. It suggests to me they haven't been buying consumables due to need to save cash.
Consumables are basic needs of any company. |
bri15, I think that placing was a kitchen sinker and they had no other choice, the placing last year was around 5% discount which is what attracted me to this Company. They have since then given re-assurance on the cash runway, which has been extended and then the last figures showed improved margin and although the cash figure was quite low they had £450k in receivables due just inside the next trading period (£250k confirmed received in their last update), this was all before the grant and as well as the £1m grant that can be pre-drawn, the use of the facilities and staff at FTI dramatically decreases FAB's costs and allows much more higher margin work to be done. |
That doesn’t suggest they are short of cash it just suggests they are eligible to claim in line with that profile and they will incur those costs at the start of the project. You’re stirring for no apparent reason and look like a fool |
They using the Grant for consumables, human resource and capital investment. Consumables are basic stuff.
Although the non-dilutive funding can be claimed over 5yr period, they have stated they likely to claim the bulk of it early and paid quarterly, ie £250k per quarter. That suggests they are saying they are short of cash.
"It is intended that the non-dilutive funding available under the Grant will be used by Fusion to cover human resource needs, materials/consumables costs and capital investment. As such the bulk of the non-dilutive funding is likely to be claimed in the earlier period of the Grant and is expected to be paid quarterly in advance against an agreed project plan, which is a further distinct advantage to the consortium members including Fusion. The project is due to start on 1st January 2025. |
Also note that the following year placing was at 5% discount in highly difficult market so clear they’ve made significant progress since |
Board were adamant no fundraiser needed and cash to at least h2 2026 at last update. That was before grant announcement and forecasts supported by shard and Allenby. They later confirmed 250k received in addition to then .4m and another lot of receivables due. I’m inclined to believe them they’ve massively reduced cash burn and margins significantly higher. Would be highly highly doubtful they go back on their word and need to place. |
Just read through today's posts,I didn't realise they had done placing in 2023 at 84% discount, blimey that's a big hit and hope they don't pull that stunt again, funding may be needed soon as they had 0.4£Million left at last financials plus the Grant of a £million,of which they may not use yet,so funds could be low. |
8.7 on the ask. |
