Looking to re test 11.75 again this week pre news |
Slowly working its way back to read 11.75 again. |
Lots of overplaying the potential just before the hundreds of trades to push the share price higher.
Why not wait to see what the company has to say? |
Exactly thiopia. The life Science sector is going through a brisk period of M&A activity. Im sure FAB will be on multiple radars - |
Amazing how the HVO rampers were also claiming a 100p over there.
That is still crashing down, even today...
Is it a coincidence that thread has gone quiet and this one busy??? Same pump and dump gang??? |
Great spot above. I imagine the Companies interested in FAB will be multiples bigger than Charles River and will be prepared to pay multiples higher for FAB than Charles River have paid for the 'SuperHuman' Antibody company
The US National Cancer Institute will play a big part in validating FAB platform and will determine what multiple of 100p we eventually see here. IMO. |
Posted on LSE - Just confirms we are looking at a quid min for a FAB takeover
Today 13:37
Imagine the fab optiphage client decides they want that whole technology - could be around this value maybe - that was just to get access to one platform and fab have multiple ones |
Next news should be this month on various fronts. Won't be 10p for long . Short term target 35 |
Jeanesy,
There's always be traders and profit takers.
The point is interims were 2 months ago and the Grant rns was over a month ago. Therefore, known about months ago.
I think it'll be sometime, months before everything mentioned in the Grant rns is setup, integrated.
Currently, I think there's a lot of churning by existing holders. |
Someone clearly interested in scooping up undervalued shares and waiting for the dips. Very interesting |
it has happened every morning drop recently |
jeanesy, I should have just said yes.... |
The start of profit taking? I think this is just a period of consolidation at the moment, those that wanted to take profits probably have, they certainly had a better opportunity to at higher levels. As with any share there will always be sellers, but up to now these have been met with buyers and I don't see that changing at the moment, there will be traders in here wanting an immediate fix, but a lot of others will be building a holding up on any dips. Over the past week or so, the MMs intermittently start to bid in large sizes for stock, which suggests there may be a larger buyer in the wings. I think there are far more people interested in FAB now, far more than in early December when the grant RNS dropped, so the next newsflow could see more momentum pushing us upwards again for the next leg. will there be a morning bounce or is this the start of profit taking ? |
LFDKMP,
They announced their Grant over a month ago. It was due to be paid at beginning of this month and will be used for several different things, like staff, consumables etc.
As they were supposed to receive it only a week or so ago, they will not have everything setup/bought/integrated in a week. I suspect it will take months.
Why not wait until the company update.
Re: HVO Whilst you and your mates were busy ramping them on selected comments to suit your agenda, I was posting company facts, newsflow and my opinions/warnings/red flags, based on those.
The company newsflow, which followed, has been as predicted. The company was talked up(ramped by the blnx gang), the chairman did dump his entire holding, new contracts announcements did slow down. |
As we approach April many businesses are contemplating redundancies to cover increased national insurance costs thanks to this stupid Labour government. The NI costs are going to be a real challenge for business and will have a real knock on effect to staffing as well as reduced profits. It is hard to believe that FAB must be one of the few UK companies that have already mitigated this NI cost and associated risk which has been covered in their new £6m grant funding. FAB has not only mitigated NI costs on future hires, it has actually covered the full cost of 20 employees PA for the next 5 years. This gives the business confidence to take on larger contracts as the increased resources to deal with large contracts is already funded therefore profits will be significantly skewed to the upside thanks to this 5 year overhead Grant for £6m. It must be a great comfort to the CEO and FD knowing they can shoot the lights out on top line revenue and overheads won't increase as a result. Really well done to whoever neg this grant as its much more lucrative than the market has given them credit for. We are also waiting on updates on the following -
Fusion Antibodies expanded its collaboration with the National Cancer Institute to include humanization services for existing camelid nanobodies.
- They secured a new contract for an antibody-based therapeutic with an unnamed US-based biotechnology company.
- They also undertook the development of a bespoke OptiPhage library for an unnamed client.
When you consider the AI library / technology, Pharma partners like GSK etc, / new fixed overheads that allow the business to scale rapidly , No debt and a CEO stressing they are working towards cashflow breakeven without a raise then FAB for me is an excellent buy in this sector especially when you consider other sectors that will need to deal with severe headwinds from this labour government. |
Work in progress - updates on all 3 soonFusion Antibodies expanded its collaboration with the National Cancer Institute to include humanization services for existing camelid nanobodies.- They secured a new contract for an antibody-based therapeutic with an unnamed US-based biotechnology company.- They also undertook the development of a bespoke OptiPhage library for an unnamed client. |
Currently can get 9.115p for £30k worth of shares.
Definitely an appetite out there on what otherwise appears to be a quiet Friday afternoon. |
About to retest 10p again then onwards to next week. Another week closer to Newsflow |
Post by trout over on LSE
"Please stop replying to it, it has never heard of FAB before it was posted on the HVO thread the other day, as a NY tip from another poster there, not me. It is like a cancer (and yes I know first hand about cancer), so please just put on filter and stop feeding the tumour....."
I suspect I am the culprit who posted about FAB on HVO thread.
It was never my intention to encourage the stt contagion onto this FAB board or LSE (where I read but don't post).
However, I am old enough and ugly enough that I should have been aware of the probability of such cross thread contagion and as such I offer an unreserved apology to posters here and over on LSE.
FWIW, stt is one of the few posters that I have on permanent filter. |
You spoke too soon |

"Apart from the fact the Company had magicked £6m of non-dilutive funding out of thin air"
Where's the rns stating £6m non-dilutive funding?
FACT:
This is what the Grant rns, which was published over a MONTH ago, actually said:
The Grant provides Fusion with access to: · approximately £1m of direct non-dilutive funding for research & development initiatives; · up to £5m of capital equipment; · approximately 20 core staff, laboratories and offices spaces; and · new PhD studentships.
"It is intended that the non-dilutive funding available under the Grant will be used by Fusion to cover human resource needs, materials/consumables costs and capital investment. As such the bulk of the non-dilutive funding is likely to be claimed in the earlier period of the Grant and is expected to be paid quarterly in advance against an agreed project plan, which is a further distinct advantage to the consortium members including Fusion. The project is due to start on 1st January 2025." |
As STT cried and whinged about this rise from c.4p to 10p was on 'no news' (Apart from the fact the Company had magicked £6m of non-dilutive funding out of thin air).
So given we've moved through so much chart resistance from 4p to 10p on 'no news' it will be intriguing to see how far and how fast we will move IF/WHEN we get 'real' news from our multiple technology platforms and multiple 'irons in the fire' re milestones/royalties on antibodies we've already produced for clients |
Sick tech vanished. Where do these trolls come from ? Amazing rebound. This is the exact kind of wild share price movements one expects as part of a serious re rate. Bring on the news FAB |
