Last year's results were declared on 5 June. If to be by end March we would know by now. Evironmently it's a rapidly changing world and companies like FCRM and Bilby etc have to keep up or ...... There are no upcoming events listed on the website.

Still a market in maintaining the gas network despite new builds being barred from gas (from 2025 if it goes ahead).

For me the excitement is around the EV charging points market as you'd think going forwards every property will need one if that's the way things are going...

Plus the divi yield helps as long as maintained/grows.

I think the lack of news doesn't help but they have network operator awards coming up!

I admire your optimism. I think it would depend on results and their declared strategy to overcome the 2025 Initiative. I think they are well placed to see this as an opportunity, but without strong results fear it will be some time before we see a 25% increase in the valuation.

Shareholders' rights may be different than those for a UK incorporated company.

Not sure why the differences

Because there is an opposing seller willing to absorb at that price

@fruitfly2

I've seen humongous trades go through without budging the price on some AIM stocks while a few much smaller trades over an hour drive a large price change a few days later.

I have assumed it's because the large transactions go through at prices agreed between institutions while the small orders hit the market maker(s) who adjusts to control their exposure. I could be wrong though.

@tiswas

Where did you find this James Sharp holding? I don't see them in any of the RNS disclosures. Largest I can find is BlackRock with 9.5%.

Does anyone know how James sharp and co came to own 14%.

I can see they are stockbrokers, are they also fund managers? Not come across them before.

Will keep an eye on until it stabilizes.

So with FCRM at a 2year low to me says regardless of fundamentals, brokers, forecasts, opinions that the sellers are in control of the share price atm

Price moves when and only when buyers are willing to buy at higher prices and sellers stop absorbing the buyers at that price. My point is that determining something showing as a buy or sell on ADVFN is misplaced - all it does is show where the trade occurred wrt the bid offer price and it doesn't even get that right 100% of the time. So high volume shows there is some interest but until price moves you have to work on the basis that the person selling is happy to continue doing so and could exhaust the buyers so price might move the other way

into the gutter share price to 20p

but if the amount of buyers is bigger then those who selling then that pushes the share price up, and that what we all hope here
iceman82

Because they are trades - they are always trades and it applies to every share. Yet people spend hours posting that trades are buys or sells. For everyone buying there is always someone selling on the other side and vv.
