04/4/2024 12:44 | Maybe, but how much did they have to pay to buy all these licenses and for all the current exploration which has been completed. Factor all that in and those costs when looking at this. Cash is king and only small sums paid out over the 4 years. Who knows what stock price the shares will attain in the other company, could do well, could do very well or might not come to anything. Also, I emailed Ryan and it nows seems the gold exploration plays have all be put on the back burner to focus on the gold tailings, I used to own GDP many years ago, that gold tailings business did alright but the stock never went anywhere or did much. Unlike the gold explorers back in 2009-2011. Disappointing that the drilling on Tully has not come about yet. Still holding but I sold half my position a few weeks ago. | the count of monte_cristo
04/4/2024 12:30 | So they get 900k per annum in stock & cash over 4 years. Looks like a pretty dam good deal to me.They would have needed to spend 700 / 800k a year on the properties to keep them. Now divested it reduces dilution.Reading through the RNS's it looks like they spend 500 / 600k in total on the assets. So for being one year listed , I think a pretty good start. They also have an NSR The tailings business looks interesting. Gold is flying , some say break 2500 and its going to 5kWho knows but I'm pretty excited about this one. | oilbuy
04/4/2024 12:24 | Taken from Fulcrum telegramCreating and underscoring value in non core assets, allowing a rationalised approach on core projects, yes.The uranium deal provides for cash and shares to the value of $3.3m along with an NSR, whilst also sheltering Fulcrum shareholders from $3.25m in exploration expenditures and dilution. It has allowed the uranium assets to be separated and funded. The core focus is now gold in a low risk jurisdiction, and one of the premium gold producing districts globally. In this gold district we have the tailings business which is low discovery risk and grow at scale. We also have discovery potential at Big Bear and Tully in two major gold producing belts in Canada. So what we are doing is reducing risk at every turn, creating value and substantial opportunity. | oilbuy
21/3/2024 21:07 | So much under the radar , I think its time to accumulate this stock.Been reading the RNS 's like the direction they are pointing in. | oilbuy
