Posted at 10/3/2014 11:34 by stockonomist It could be a win win for both parties whoever the counterparties are.TRE get some certainty on Liability position. Acquirer gets some potential liabilities but also any future upside should there be any. |
Posted at 10/3/2014 11:24 by praipus Is selling the CDM port for nothing a good deal? Freeing TRE of liabilities? |
Posted at 20/9/2013 12:51 by spob if Bionasa was written down to zero TRE would still be trading 40% below book at the current price i guess i shouldn't really say that on here, as i'm waiting to buy more |
Posted at 19/9/2013 12:29 by azalea Bid 20.55PThe return of a letter of credit for euro4.8m held previously against funds, could be influencing todays rise. However, given the time lapsed since the date of that announcement, could be additional monies on its way back into TRE coffers. |
Posted at 03/7/2013 21:48 by papy02 IanBrewster, must admit I haven't read the documentation but the RNS says: Election deadline for B Share Choices 23 July 2013 B Share Dividend Date and Purchase Date 30 July 2013 which implies to me you will be able to choose to receive your cash either as a Capital Return (via purchase of your B Shares), or as a Dividend (your B-shares pay a dividend and subsequently become worthless), depending which suits you tax-wise. Or as I mentioned above, you will probably be able to choose a mix of both if that makes sense for you. (Note to self: must read the documentation asap!) |
Posted at 18/6/2013 14:28 by azalea TRE and AURR are similarly priced and discounted to NAV, yet TRE has one third of AURR shares in issue. Before long TRE will start winding up the company and giving bucket loads of cash to shareholders. That is why Weiss Asset Management-26.07%, and VR Global Partners-13.05% along with Praxient Capital-14.02%, added millions of shares in April and May, 2013. |
