20/11/2002 16:23 | AGM very technical all resolutions passed. It is clear that Marconi is out of the way for DB.The plan appears to carve a small niche market with profitabilty the key word. Worth a punt DB looked in good form and is clearly up for it. | cattle baron
11/11/2002 00:11 | Why's that then?, Lupus are a sound company. Fieldens may be one day; I guess the common theme here is strong and prudent management. As always DYOR, | simonevans

10/11/2002 10:30 | There is steady buying at the mo albeit small beer. Is anybody going to the agm? | cattle baron
31/10/2002 08:36 | Derek Bonham is now free of Marconi surely he has the skills to build this business. He spent many years in the US that could help. | cattle baron
30/10/2002 21:56 | At last the long awaited deal - looks interesting. Any views? | simonevans
16/3/2002 17:35 | Patience may be rewarding for investors of Fieldens. A top ex-Hanson management team has yet to reveal a successful reverse takeover, but maybe 2002 is the year? In their favour, the management team has avoided making the wrong move. Maybe the acquisition, when it does come, will be worth the wait. Downside is also reasonably protected by £1.5m net assets and £0.4m of cash invested in an agricultural business. As always DYOR; this could be a very boring investment, or....could, onde day fly! | simonevans |
