Is there any point keeping the balance of these shares or even buying more with the tender proceeds. Can someone who understands what is left of this company give a view on where the share price may be in a years time. Gadget Show on Channel 5 said Wi Max could be massive but is whats left of ffc able to capitalise on this or will someone buy them out or is it just a bad situation?

Dubens new exactly what he was going to do with the company a year ago. He failed to inform the shareholders and simply manipulated the whole deal to line his own pocket.

I still have FFC. Hopefully they will take more under The Tender than the 58%

Liquid assets I was in Pipex for many years and the average price over that time was 12p per share .It did touch 17p per share.So a Rip Off is an understatement.

so when does FFC start to go up then ? UBS seem to be adding anyway ? what;s this info from lippe on FFC getting "stolen" ? trying to ascertain risk reward on this stock at 2p ?

Just like the 58% that has just been stolen off us, there isn't many on this BB that would of sold at 10.39p. The way this has been handle nothing would surprise me, anyone here thinking of re-investing their cash in F4?

mine are with idealing and i got paid out overnight some time, just need to wait for the remaining 42% to get back up to something decent, like 6.5p
But i'll just have to keep hold for now, not really worth the loss to bail out now

my shares were held online, i went for option 2 (to sell mine this tax year) was paid out yesterday.

I just completed the form, enclosed the certificates and sent them direct to Capita in the envelope provided..so I'm expecting settlement by cheque...fingers crossed.

If the forms were signed for option one, and share certificates sent, am I correct in thinking the payment will be by cheque, still on the 18th?
