I am with TDW, my account has been credited with the correct amount of cash. Now the long wait for the shares left to go up to recover my loss.

growthhunter: had the same problem,I spoke to Halifax and they said that this is just part of their normal procedure, corporate action stil in process. Unlikely to get full takeup (option 1) as many people applied for this.

i'm with halifax
opted for 100% tender
shares were spirited away for a few days
now back at 100% and valued at 2p
i'm sure it will all come right eventually

Davius -Actually there was a newer RNS (7th April)that stated settlements via Crest 10th April - Today

The RNS on the 14th March laid out the timetable clearly:

Latest time and date for receipt of Tender Forms: 1.00 p.m. on 3 April
Record Date for Tender Offers: 5.00 p.m. on 3 April
Announcement of take-up level under the Tender Offers: 4 April
Last time and date for exercise by Collins Stewart of Call Options: 4.00 p.m. on 11 April
Announcement as to whether Call Options exercised: 11 April
Despatch of cheques and payments made through CREST for consideration due under Tender Offers: by 18 April

Spights, just spoke to III and they said they will be honouring the options placed but this action for some unkown reason will not take place until the 18th April. I will be writing to them to complain, and will be threatening to remove all of my holdings from them.

Spights- I was mostly in cash a year or so back- wish I had stayed that way!

Slaughtered on DOO so sold. Now being beaten up on ITM which sadly will probably be taken over by a mltinational on the cheap.

Typical AIM investment I believe!

spights steve and all hi , i did hold all my holding but from what im reading i dont think it makes any diff, sorry for your losses but it will come back to you some time, and as you know i dont ramp, but take a look at gfm, fto, ult, and the falkland plays, desire petroleum (des) rockhopper (rkh) falkland oil and gas (fogl) border and southern (bor) i hold des and waiting for a rig to start drilling, up to you but it wont hurt to look, good luck with things.

I sold out of CDN when they changed their strategy from being a Gold Explorer into a Coke miner !!

Got a bunch of dogs in my portfolio unfortunately...

WLW, SKP, PRTY, AFN and my little 2008 banker NWT

Currently a substantial five figure loss on the above so far this year :(

I said exactly that to this 'git' on the phone last week.

Once I mentioned the FSA he went very defensive and said there was nothing else he could help me with.

It probably didn't help my aggressive attitude but that was brought on by being ripped off here.

The FSA would'nt do anything anyhow. The stockmarkets are littered with 'dodgy' company management.
