Intention to make a voluntary offer for XXL ASA

Frasers Group plc ("Frasers") has this morning made an announcement via the Oslo Stock Exchange that, having carefully considered the options available to it as the second largest shareholder in XXL ASA ("XXL"), it intends to launch a voluntary offer for all of the shares in XXL, which Frasers does not already own, at NOK 10 per share in cash (the "Offer"). The Offer values XXL's fully diluted share capital at NOK 246,357,450. The full announcement can be seen here.
