Franchise Brands plc (AIM: FRAN), an international multi-brand franchisor, has received the TR-1 shareholding notification set out below for RBC Trustees (Jersey) Limited as trustee of Nigel Wray's family trust, as a result of a change in the Company's issued share capital. The total beneficial interest in the Company of Nigel Wray, Non-Executive Director of the Company, remains unchanged at 21,720,120 ordinary shares, which represents 27.81 per cent. of the total number of voting rights in the Company. This interest includes 14,026,380 ordinary shares held by Vidacos Nominees Limited, acting as nominee for RBC Trustees (Jersey) Limited as trustee of Mr Wray's family trust, as set out in the form below.
