Happy holding that mouth watering prospect of Boris and his slash SDLT, is too appealing here, investors slow to react, no debt bodes well. Also heavy on (FUL)another way under valued beauty

I see this doubling immediately when Boris gets in, expect it to start shifting in advance from next week.

They leave them on there for ages to build market share, I wouldn’t get excited.

looking at agents websites, a lot of sales registered in London, up to £3 million I would say

Maybe Boris gets in...sorts the Brexit mess out....maybe maybe we are seeing the signs of the rate of falls in London come
To an end....note I say the rate of falls...falling not over with yet...but it has slowed....maybe...MAYBE...2020 is the beginning of the end of this slump. MAYBE.

I have been the only one consistently right on here about FOXT shares.

This is a sick puppy getting sicker.

No rebound in London revenues coming anytime soon.

Bulls and they know who they are strangely silent, the muppets hahha

Like I said.....

London market is dead

I should know. I own enough houses and flats there.

So don’t talk BS just to talk up the shares.

Lots of buyers back in the market, stuff shifting in London again. The only thing that will rattle people now is a Corbyn government as you say, he won't get in.

They made it look like tenants don't pay admin fee but will end up paying higher rent...pulled the hat out of the rabbit rather than the other way round...

Sales picking up in London I am hearing, across the board, and contract fees will be passed on to tenants via higher rents, it's the right time to pick some up here. Boris will come in and get this market lit again, enough of the Osborne stamp duty fiasco and punishing landlords with tax penalties etc.

Thatcherism will be back to fight the Marxist hell the other side want, only way to defeat it now.

Boris Johnson and Dominic Raab will get the sector kick started again, so time to get in now I would say, Raab has already pledged no stamp duty for first £500K of any purchase.

No hard brexit so buy this asap.

London market moving already, it will get busy soon.

Foxtons well placed to soar from here IMO.

Could be heading for a hard brexit after all, so beware here and other similar shares.
