1. Boris will win the election
2. Markets will rally
3. A budget will confirm stamp duty reform
4. Consensus will be that a base has formed in the London market.
5. Transaction volume will increase.
6. Foxtons shares after number 1 on this list will be 100p-200p next year.

Either way buying now is a no brainer. (It was even more of one at 50p lol)

Latest polls showing Boris still way way in front, he should get a good majority, expect this to soar straight after a Tory majority.

That Plat Fool is only on here (and Kenny) because I called CEY down and was proved right. Lol he hates me for it as he is long there and making losses poor chap, but I did warn him. He doesn’t hold here. Just a poxy bar fly who knows nothing about the London resi market. Trying to irritate me lol. Ignore him, I have, ages ago. He rents too...so sour grapes re property generally, diddums.
