Trust me, london has had a bad year, KF will very shortly confirm that in its market comments.

Can see that hurting the stock further.

London has nowhere near started to recover.

Don’t trust that moneyweek article, this company is going to rationalise sooner or later, it is not just Brexit, the market is stagnant for many reasons, and the rise of online agents compounds the issues facing Foxtons.

The problem will be interest rates up, brexit and they are closing loopholes for foreign money to be laundered in London. May be toooo early yet. We will see.

From what i'm told, buyers are ready and waiting to buy, they snap up any price reductions in a flash. They know its a buyers market. So much money waiting to flood in to the london market.
