People will always want a hungry agent on their side to get them top dollar. Prop tech has its place but not to the 100% detriment of old fashioned agency.

I agree the papers are looking BACK

London I have heard from sources at KF...has started to turn the corner in terms of transaction numbers. Stamp duty is/was the main cause of considerable price drops in the prime market and very subdued market activity.

But we are seeing the start of a new phase NOW.

I hold here. I hate the firm but they are debt free and the shares will rise off the back of foreign cash piling in due to a continued weakness in sterling.

If you have the money now is the time to buy in prime London.

These can rise 50% in 18 months. Target for me is 150p by the end of 2018.

Suck on it NY, we finally have something in common.

80p back test looks likely though, that level needs to hold, will be a good test now the markets have started to correct for the "sell in May" jobbie this year.
