12/4/2017 18:34 | DT are you serious? You sound like someone connected with the property scene? Mr hangman, the top agents are all on the Internet, top end market still use these agents, they ain't going to be using Purplebricks ffs | ny boy
12/4/2017 15:55 | People will always want a hungry agent on their side to get them top dollar. Prop tech has its place but not to the 100% detriment of old fashioned agency. | dt1010
12/4/2017 15:47 | The internet is the place to be, Estate Agents paying high rents in fashionable parts of London are finished | mr hangman
12/4/2017 15:18 | I agree the papers are looking BACK London I have heard from sources at KF...has started to turn the corner in terms of transaction numbers. Stamp duty is/was the main cause of considerable price drops in the prime market and very subdued market activity. But we are seeing the start of a new phase NOW. I hold here. I hate the firm but they are debt free and the shares will rise off the back of foreign cash piling in due to a continued weakness in sterling. If you have the money now is the time to buy in prime London. These can rise 50% in 18 months. Target for me is 150p by the end of 2018. Suck on it NY, we finally have something in common. | dt1010
12/4/2017 14:01 | Ok Mr hangman, send me the details, I will buy them up at that price lol | ny boy
12/4/2017 10:59 | When we leave the EU, Flats in Clapham/Balham etc etc will be going for less then 100/- | mr hangman
12/4/2017 10:56 | Rear view mirror stuff, recent chart action looks good. | ny boy
11/4/2017 19:35 | London's property market has slowed dramatically with prices rising at their slowest rate for nearly five years, according to latest official figures.http://www.s | cancun tango

07/4/2017 12:24 | Ready to breakout very soon, judging by the price action, I expect a strong break of 100p resistance when it comes. As usual ignore the noise, if you listen to them you make no money. Dyor as usual. | ny boy
06/4/2017 19:44 | You should be bored. You bought at 100p Hahahaha | dt1010
06/4/2017 11:23 | Haha yes! Sell in May will decimate the markets as usual | dt1010
06/4/2017 09:30 | 80p back test looks likely though, that level needs to hold, will be a good test now the markets have started to correct for the "sell in May" jobbie this year. | opodio
