Patience,

Positive Candidate -Medium term, Apr 21, 2017 Analysis Explanation

FOXTONS GROUP PLC has broken through the ceiling of a falling trend channel. This indicates a slower falling rate initially, or the start of a more horizontal development. Has given positive signal from a double bottom formation by a break up through the resistance at 102.

Further rise to 112 or more is signaled. The stock has broken up through the resistance at pence 100. This predicts a further rise. In case of negative reactions, there will now be support at pence 100. RSI is overbought.

This shows that the momentum of The stock is strong and that the price may well rise further in the short term. We should see a decline in the RSI chart before this is considered to weaken the stock. The RSI curve shows a rising trend, which could be an early signal for the start of a rising trend.

The stock is overall assessed as technically positive for the medium long term.

Strutts have a Massive pension deficit so they had to put themselves up for sale. They are doing badly as a firm (they have somewhat lost the plot). Apparently the bank buying them want them for their land consultancy side. The resi sales side I reckon they will spin off. Only 400 people works at Strutts.

I heard again today that KF's numbers are up in central London year to date.

This is moving up becuase I'm not the only one that knows that.

Certainly, an improvement in the outlook for London property transactions will be required in order for Foxtons to deliver high capital gains. However, with sterling remaining weak and the UK’s economic performance being robust as discussed in Wednesday’s budget, it would be unsurprising for investor appetite towards London property to improve.
