too many lease liabilities here with footfall collapsing, another retailer tied in with expensive leases...

should have just been online only with warehouse/fulfilment etc imho.

Looking from the sidelines, I have to say, it is very odd that the CEO has made no further response, not even a paid for interview on PI. She was in all the magazines at IPO (youngest ceo of listed firm etc etc) but seems to be in hiding now when she is most needed to provide assurance to the market. It is likely that she will not last long in the role at this rate.
