Notification of PDMR Transactions
Focusrite plc (AIM: TUNE), the global music and audio products company, announces that a person closely associated with a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMR) completed the sale of part of their beneficial interest in the Company on 17 February 2023.
Damian Hawley, Chief Revenue Officer, has sold 7,146 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 735.00 pence per Ordinary Share and Lisa Hawley, spouse of Damian Hawley, has sold 3,854 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 735.00 pence per Ordinary Share. Following the transaction, Damian Hawley will retain a beneficial holding of 155,635 Ordinary Shares which represents 0.263% of the current issued share capital.
