03/1/2008 14:19 | luvuly, the shorters are moving back in again now that they see the king as gone short again. | stockscreeners
03/1/2008 14:17 | yep interesting they have not maintained the rise CR | gswredland
03/1/2008 12:57 | market still whoosey - amazed these haven't held their gains today. CR | cockneyrebel
03/1/2008 12:19 | obviously a dead cat bounce, the share price will continue to fall... oops there she falls....... NICE. | stockscreeners
03/1/2008 12:14 | well I added a few more yesterday... As IAN DIPPIE said if you have a crystal ball great!!...but rather than just pile in blindly..just keep nibbling and lower your cost basis... Cliche warning!!!...."there is no bell that rings at the bottom" ;-) K | kalmar
03/1/2008 08:54 | Current valuation assumes orders evaporate in Financial Services. Can't see regulatory requirements reducing or becoming any less complex any time soon. My guess is Focus very much still has a market. | drw1
03/1/2008 08:29 | up again, this is the bounce imo - I think a lot are gonna miss it, there isn't a lot of stock about. Half the price they were at a few months ago. CR | cockneyrebel
02/1/2008 21:07 | I like the way so many are so anti-smallcaps zimbi, a great contrary indicator. When you can't give them away it's the time to buy imo. Many of these stocks have continued to do greatbusiness but because a few big 'safe' large cap banks screw up then good little small caps have been punished too. It's January, you'll start seein gtrading statements now. As these come out punters will race to buy the stocks with good statements and similar stocks in their sector imo. Take a look at FOUR as an example, sold down to 140p - up 40% in no time on a trading statement. CR | cockneyrebel
02/1/2008 20:49 | it's only really smart to wait if you have a crystal ball and can see into the future. | iandippie
02/1/2008 13:25 | I'd have thought it more likely that there will be sell offs in small caps until investor confidence returns later in the year. It would seem intelligent to buy in on lots of screaming buys but really smart to wait still further yet. | zimbi
02/1/2008 12:57 | Some nice oversold little small caps starting to bounce - got to be a screaming buy here when the punters start to buy in and chase it up soon imo. WAGN, APG, EDD all on the move north again - Jan rally imo CR | cockneyrebel

02/1/2008 11:35 | YES. credit crunch will continue well into 2008. more banks will come out of the closet. not a good time to be holding stock related to the banking and financial industry. | stockscreeners
31/12/2007 16:51 | Is shorting such a good idea in view of the above? | welsheagle
31/12/2007 16:50 | Investor's Chronicle in their 'buy' recommendation notes the low PE ratio, and, the new contracts, and that alot of income now comes in monthly, rather than in one off payments. | welsheagle
31/12/2007 16:49 | This was tipped in the November issue of Techinvest, with a very positive write-up, and could well be one of their new year tips at this low price. Seems to be getting knocked because of the sub-prime news in banks, but the fundamentals and prospects for FSG are very good. | welsheagle
31/12/2007 16:47 | From November's 'Company Refs', when price was 45p:- a/ Prospective PE ratio of 8.35 (based on two broker forecasts, one recommending 'buy', and one with no recommendation). b/ Forecast growth in eps of 0.91%. c/ Positive cash flow per share of 10.2p per share. d/ Net cash per share of 10.3p. e/ Prospective dividend of 2.62%. | welsheagle
31/12/2007 11:43 | Blimey, just 1mm left on 36p offer now - not seen this strength in a while. CR | cockneyrebel
31/12/2007 10:51 | Director buy on Jan 4th last year - I suspect we have had a director buy today that's cleared a bit of stock myself. Someone has cleared a bit anyway - Level 2 looking ready to go higher. CR | cockneyrebel
31/12/2007 10:46 | its having a good day so far, but in wont last. | stockscreeners
31/12/2007 10:41 | topped up. missed 34 by a whisker :-( | iandippie
31/12/2007 10:39 | This is the bounce imo - has become hideously cheap over the recent sell off - won't surprise me to see these put on 10p in quick order. CR | cockneyrebel
31/12/2007 10:35 | could be time to top up edit: done | iandippie |
