08/4/2022 08:12 | Not the easiest to trade, got just 5k first thing. Everything seems to be heading in the right direction for them atm. Edit *cough* out again. | spectoacc
16/3/2022 13:52 | I've purchased a few of these. In terms of IPO's, it was done for the right reasons (i.e. to further develop the business and increase its profile). Management halved their positions, but still have significant "skin in the game". Lots of potential to grow the business over the next decade or so. It's similar to Gresham House (which I also hold) in many respects. Both are not cheap, but have good growth potential and sticky management fees. | topvest
09/12/2021 17:39 | Foresight Group posted interims for the 6 months ended September 2021 titled, 'A strong financial and operational performance, significant organic growth and a very favourable outlook'. Not a bad summary. Significant organic growth in Assets under Management to £8.1 billion and Funds under Management to £6.1 billion at 30 September 2021, up 13% and 18% respectively. Group Revenue of £39.7 million, up 22% on the prior year period. Core EBITDA pre-share-based payments up 43% to £15.2 million (£10.6 million in the prior year period). AUM growth fuelling topline and bottom line growth. Company is high quality and valuation is still reasonable. Not growing as fast as some, but another small specialist asset manager building up a decent track record which looks an interesting share to monitor for now....from WealthOracleAM | km18

Including co-investments to date of EUR170m, this represents a total capital pool of cEUR886 million for Foresight's energy transition strategy. The close sees a total of c.EUR285 million of new commitments from investors since the interim close announced in January 2021. 25/4/2021 12:31 | The spread on FSG is so wide! | thaiger
15/4/2021 12:13 | I think folks haven’t yet cottoned onto what FSG is. Potential is massive. | wiganer
15/4/2021 12:07 | Well that explains the accumulation, great update. Odd to see lack of reaction so far. | wiganer
07/4/2021 08:59 | Someone appears to be accumulating here. | wiganer
09/3/2021 23:07 | I did buy some on the Monday, l was working at one of their comps in Leigh for a couple of months. Not working there now, they have loads of work on but will never retain staff - IMO. Just a bad apple hopefully... | xdiv
23/2/2021 14:14 | Interesting | wiganer
14/2/2021 06:39 | Going to buy these on Monday, so been looking around. The ticker FSG comes up as Focus Solutions Group on various websites, which was confusing. It's an old ticker shared by Focus before they got bought by Standard Life. First time I've noticed a shared ticker. | xdiv
13/2/2021 16:17 | Definitely one for the watch list. A sold alternative asset manager. Valuation is too rich for me at the moment. They did very well to get this away at 420p as a valuation of 6.5% AUM is quite frothy. I'm interested at about £2.50 - £3.00 but not over £4. | topvest
05/2/2021 11:52 | That's excellent, interesting RNS this morning for a 5% holding, I only hold 1433 shares and be able to trade these on Tuesday once the market opens up for them, I was thinking that regarding yesterday RNS company could get to double value of around 900 million in very short time, there have asset worth a lot I see. | amrishbhim
05/2/2021 11:13 | Still not able to buy shares on aj bell, but was able to open a small upbeat on IG. | wiganer
04/2/2021 11:21 | Looks like other platforms might only allow trades from 9 Feb. you might have done well to snaffle a few today on III | wiganer
04/2/2021 11:01 | It states that I can only sell on settlements day or closing | amrishbhim
04/2/2021 09:55 | I purchased this morning at 4.57 got 1433, but when I was doing a dummy sell it stated I can't sell these until settlement day, | amrishbhim
04/2/2021 09:33 | Except it seems impossible to buy yet. | wiganer
04/2/2021 09:25 | A new day, this could do wonders | amrishbhim
04/2/2021 08:46 | Very excellent achievement | amrishbhim
30/1/2011 20:00 | FSG certainly have a contract but it will only be the up front payment ie. licence that will be guaranteed. I think it said the second payment expectation was based on transactional revenues. There certainly is less likely to be much of those coming through now | davidosh |
