I've purchased a few of these. In terms of IPO's, it was done for the right reasons (i.e. to further develop the business and increase its profile). Management halved their positions, but still have significant "skin in the game". Lots of potential to grow the business over the next decade or so. It's similar to Gresham House (which I also hold) in many respects. Both are not cheap, but have good growth potential and sticky management fees.

Foresight Group posted interims for the 6 months ended September 2021 titled, 'A strong financial and operational performance, significant organic growth and a very favourable outlook'. Not a bad summary. Significant organic growth in Assets under Management to £8.1 billion and Funds under Management to £6.1 billion at 30 September 2021, up 13% and 18% respectively. Group Revenue of £39.7 million, up 22% on the prior year period. Core EBITDA pre-share-based payments up 43% to £15.2 million (£10.6 million in the prior year period). AUM growth fuelling topline and bottom line growth. Company is high quality and valuation is still reasonable. Not growing as fast as some, but another small specialist asset manager building up a decent track record which looks an interesting share to monitor for now....from WealthOracleAM

I did buy some on the Monday, l was working at one of their comps in Leigh for a couple of months. Not working there now, they have loads of work on but will never retain staff - IMO.

Just a bad apple hopefully...

Going to buy these on Monday, so been looking around. The ticker FSG comes up as Focus Solutions Group on various websites, which was confusing. It's an old ticker shared by Focus before they got bought by Standard Life. First time I've noticed a shared ticker.

Definitely one for the watch list. A sold alternative asset manager. Valuation is too rich for me at the moment. They did very well to get this away at 420p as a valuation of 6.5% AUM is quite frothy. I'm interested at about £2.50 - £3.00 but not over £4.

That's excellent, interesting RNS this morning for a 5% holding, I only hold 1433 shares and be able to trade these on Tuesday once the market opens up for them, I was thinking that regarding yesterday RNS company could get to double value of around 900 million in very short time, there have asset worth a lot I see.

FSG certainly have a contract but it will only be the up front payment ie. licence that will be guaranteed. I think it said the second payment expectation was based on transactional revenues. There certainly is less likely to be much of those coming through now
