26/3/2019 07:07 | Odyssean Investment Trust PLCUpped their holdings to 60m / 5% see RNS | grosvenor
18/3/2019 22:53 | Interesting step up in volume. Non exec director buying at 116p although fairly small scale. Seems to be a large chunk of shares sold at 116p Could it be a floor underlining the share price? And we move closer to the April update. Fils | fillspectre
12/3/2019 19:28 | petewy I thought ST meant the share was currently lowly rated i.e. under priced in his opinion - and therefore he feels it is a buy. However you may be right - he meant it was just a buy but only just i.e. not a strong buy. The evidence suggests there are not a lot of people out there currently who believe it is a strong buy. Fils. | fillspectre
12/3/2019 09:57 | Thompson said lowly upgrade. | petewy
11/3/2019 23:10 | This is a frustrating share to own. No positive response drawn by Simon Thompson's most recent recommendation. Some tentative steps towards improving liquidity but it would appear not an attractive prospect for enough buyers. I'll remind myself of the dividend yield and sit tight as I like the fact that since Sean Fennon has departed the board have taken the view to pause on the acquisition trail and concentrate on making any possible savings across the business and fostering more organic growth. The Company is good at making its announcements when it says it will so we will get an update in April. Fils | fillspectre
07/3/2019 10:20 | Good volumes early doors this morning! Fils | fillspectre
04/3/2019 17:05 | Friday's volume bettered today - 146K over 33 trades. Buys to sells 3:1. Seller in background still? Perhaps Canaccord still wishing to reduce their holding. Fils | fillspectre
02/3/2019 09:36 | Decent volume Friday 1st March - 103K over 35 trades. Price coming back to level before that sudden unexpected dip. The dip came the same week ST gave FLO a write up in the IC. Anyway here is hoping the liquidity of this share improves in the lead up to the next results in April. Personally hoping that FLO director's spend the next two years "harvesting the synergies" and put all thought of going on an acquisition spree out of their minds. Fils | fillspectre
26/2/2019 08:32 | The flash crash was probably caused by the large sell, with the MMs lowering the price to offload the shares. | rcturner2
22/2/2019 11:07 | The fundamentals havent changed as I see it so happy to ride it out. Not been in as long as you pete so will take your word on it! | montyville2
22/2/2019 10:07 | I've held this a long time and it happens. The only reason (my theory)is that a hguge buyer is in so the price drops to suit him. In a couple of days we're back to normal trading. This may sound crazy but why else, I'd like to know | petewy
22/2/2019 09:43 | Looks like a computer blip, as share price back up this morning | welsheagle
22/2/2019 09:20 | Lets hope the buyers this morning have some ammunition. Because if Canaccord are unloading the rest of their shares they are going to need it | foxman14
21/2/2019 22:53 | Very strange after those director buys | tadders2
21/2/2019 21:30 | Wondered that myself RCT, relooked at last TU and cant see anything anticipated that could cause such a drop. Happy to hold for now, but like you would like to understand why? Its a very sudden drop, RNS in the morning? | montyville2
21/2/2019 18:32 | Is the fall here solely to do with the sale by the major shareholder? | rcturner2
19/2/2019 20:34 | I wonder how much below 5% Canaccord want to go? Fils | fillspectre
18/2/2019 22:03 | Shaker - you've missed some letters and a word out - the addition of which changes the nuance of ST's conclusion. He concludes "lowly rated buy" - by which I think he means it is lowly rated (as in low P/E and investor sentiment) but in his opinion a buy. A "low buy" makes it sound like a buy but not as good as others - which of course Flotech may be in ST's opinion - Fils | fillspectre
18/2/2019 16:07 | Thanks I've read it now | smartmoney100
18/2/2019 15:40 | It's a lengthy write up concluding with 'low buy'. Highlights 6% organic growth,on top of successful acquisitions. Suggests share price expected to beheld back by brexit uncertainty. Overall, a solid but unexciting write up | shaker44
18/2/2019 14:46 | Thanks. Possible you can put any meat on the bones? | smartmoney100
18/2/2019 13:59 | tipped by ST in IC today. | mfhmfh
01/2/2019 14:42 | Yes and almost through the 125p point, which looks key on the chart | montyville2
01/2/2019 14:33 | positive share price movement with good volume today. | mfhmfh
