Flomerics AGM is being held on Wednesday 28th May at their HQ.

It should be just as lively as last year's AGM IMHO.

Maybe but at the rate of sells of the last few days Mentor will never pick up the 20% or so they need on the open market to force the take-over at 1.04p. IMHO

Should see Mentor snapping up shares at this price, given the market makers are helping them out...How easy it is from them to make 6% on each transaction at almost zero risk!

"They can't spend nothing. They have some product issues to get right and will need some R&D investment to get NIKU straight. They do have good products but the market is very tough. I think the bast chance of making quick money on this stock is someone taking them out as the market is pretty fragmented...."

I sold so congrats to those that didn't. They can only be holding out for more as I didn't see any discernible alternative when I met them. It could be as steep going down in Mentor withdraw.

lm--dont buy rubbish--try SSPH.(or THPW if you want a no risk 100bagger!!!imo.)It was the Hotel VR.Changed its name to AVR when it stopped providing meals.

Welcome back from your holiday on Majorca. You had better not give us any more clues about your charming hotel or we shall all be joining you next year.
Congratulations on your perseverance with FLO. I am glad that I got out of bed too late to sell a few shares at 98p just before the bid was announced as I would have been tempted.
As you say, the present situation for shareholders is very promising.

littlemadam-your temperature requirements are similar to ours.Majorca in May..Greek Islands in October...Canaries in December and the Carribean in February.Camp de Mar is circa 15 miles from the airport--pre booked private shuttle £9 each...each way.Car not required,as local bus service good.Interesting news on the share sale.

sale of 70000 went thro after the bell. MMs did pay 105.21p.

MUDBATH - your holiday location sounds ok, quiet and decent quality. how far from airport? is it necessary/worth hiring a car? Wots temperature like now and when is good time to go for warm rather than hot? (i prefer somewhere below 75 degrees)

varies-as you say, whichever way the FLO saga unfolds,holders end up with cash in their accounts.The Mentor bid document makes it look as though they are doing us a favour with their £1.04 bid.On the other hand ,Mentor do state that in their hands,the Flomerics software would generate substantially higher revenues.Mentor cannot have it both ways!!Recently added SSPH to my small portfolio.It has been the subject of recent favourable analytical comment and the charts are MASSIVELY positive.Its "on the move"as well.

Interesting Mentors offer RNS (today) doesn't mention "final offer" -- seems the management should be able to eke out another 10 to 20p from Mentor easily, even if no white knight appears...

Interesting the sharprice hasn't cottoned on to this yet...

AKR quite interesting, share price graph suggests a recovery play. Some people must be disillusioned. A bit speculative, I recollect Ferraris plc was a medical product distributor that lost a lot on provisions. Worth further investigation. And really good suggestion walker10!

camp de mar-majorca-littlemadam.Not too hot....yet.Hotel Villa Real,lovely 3 star small hotel,beautiful pool overlooking the mountains...quiet.£9per night per person(based on two sharing) for suite of two rooms.No board but excellent cheap restaurant nearbye.We go every year.
