27/1/2017 13:42 | 45m shs that's 3% chunk in one go. We should get a rns | dark energy
27/1/2017 13:32 | That is what you call a BUY for 45m at 0.195p. Surprised we have not jumped about 0.2p on the Bid with that transaction. | tburns
27/1/2017 11:16 | iLeeman - Settlement date is not irrelevant as it drives all financial transactions and voting rights. If you purchase shares that do not exist yet, you cannot vote or receive dividends (assuming vote is before issue date), and on occasion they may not even be honored. I've been subject to naked short selling (based on a known placement) by what was evolution besson gregory MM. The placement didn't actually complete and the company was suspended. I got my money back thanks to Jaknifes (on advfn) advice. My point is whilst you may be able to use instrument X/Y to move some of the shares, they are not in market yet and as such any rise will IMO not be taking the shares into account. | dusseldorf
27/1/2017 11:11 | @Dussel Forward selling is common on AIM. FITB is no exception. Settlement date is irrelevant. | ileeman
27/1/2017 11:09 | cpap man - I'm aware of differing settlements, but if I bought my shares today, they would be settled T2. I just think the assumption that the majority of 500,000,000 shares hitting market 2nd Feb are all ready effectively trading is incorrect. | dusseldorf
27/1/2017 11:07 | morning cpap - I bought a further 1m myself yesterday at 0.187, but I'm under no illusion about how long a rise will take given the bashing the majority took here. | dusseldorf
27/1/2017 11:06 | Er? Dusseldorf settlement does not have to be T+2 | cpap man
27/1/2017 11:05 | Forward selling or not is irrelevant IMO, assuming some were forward sold the shares are simply not tradeable by 'whomever' they were sold to given settlement is T2 on todays purchases which is before the shares can be settled. | dusseldorf
27/1/2017 11:04 | The broker that i dealt with on the FITB placing had a large forward sale of FITB placing shares [as already commented i did not take part in this forward sale] which has now completed. Reckon that this is the case in general and that FITB will soon take off northwards again....remembering that FITB just the other day hit 1p+ AIMHO / DYOR | cpap man
27/1/2017 11:00 | Just looking for a technical bounce myself, but where is the risk buying sub placing. I dont see it. | ileeman
27/1/2017 10:55 | Good morning Dusseldorf - iLeeman is indeed correct many of the placing shares have already been forward sold by the various placees. In my case i am holding on to see what FITB can actually do in 2017 | cpap man
27/1/2017 10:50 | How long you been on aim? Shares will be forward sold. Alot into the big spike days no doubt. | ileeman
27/1/2017 10:50 | iLeeman - it's no perfect storm. The new shares don't even hit the market until next Thursday 2nd so trading is based on a false market for shares (given only 66% are tradable). I can't see anything other than slow and steady unless driven by some form of news.. | dusseldorf
27/1/2017 10:36 | Perfect storm. Oversold position, shorts will close, people will start adding to their positions. These large drops always seem to get followed up by large bounces. All about timing. | ileeman
27/1/2017 10:08 | looking pretty keen at the moment, consolidated nicely from an oversold position. could see another squeeze on the stock to push over 0.20 | empirestate
27/1/2017 09:20 | empirestate27 Jan '17 - 09:08 - 563558 of 563562 1 0 FITB Fitbug 0.18/0.185p, picked up a few here this morning, ALL BUYS so far and at sub placing price. Keep em peeled iLeeman27 Jan '17 - 09:12 - 563559 of 563562 1 0 @empire bought some just now. No doubt this will bounce soon. empirestate27 Jan '17 - 09:12 - 563560 of 563562 1 0 FITB, premium offer trade gone through at 0.1859 FITB Reckon that the placing is close to clearing at FITB and then it will be a case of whoosh! Remember that FITB were trading just the other day at 1p+ | cpap man
26/1/2017 17:35 | Well with 30% additional shares issued there should be plenty of holdings RNSs generated in the coming weeks including one from NW1;for if they did not participate, their % holding will have been significantly reduced. | mudbath
26/1/2017 16:40 | Good afternoon Dusseldorf. All i know is that certain existing investors as you would no doubt expect took part in the placing but what i don't know for sure is if that included NW1? Another thought is that maybe just maybe NW1 have been mopping up FITB stock in the market since the placing was announced? AIMHO / DYOR | cpap man
26/1/2017 16:36 | So who took part in the £1m placing? Twitter feed gone quiet by fitbug and Anna...closed period and another RNS soon?Imo | ravin146

26/1/2017 14:52 | Someone loading up in 5M tranches here | tburns
26/1/2017 13:10 | I'm in at an Ave of .34p ..happy holding for a year or two, no rush, no need to panic unless you trade without the funds to buy your shares. GL holders. | ny boy
26/1/2017 10:52 | I would think the mm brought the shares to settle their books on all the buying last week. The CEO was very obliging and the MM went home with a big pay packet also knowing they Books would be covered!! | genises
26/1/2017 09:27 | post 8968. At the end of the day look at the strong buying in the afternoon after the second RNS at 0.35p to .65p. If folk really are so brainwashed by others, so incredibly stupid that they take no notice of a balance sheet, then they're beyond help until the penny drops. This is usually after they've faced up to the fact that their money has gone permanently. The next stage is to take responsibility for your own actions and thought processes without blaming others. | lw425 |
