cpap man - indeed - It does make sense. What doesn't make sense is allowing for a dilution of their 50% holding at lower levels without participation - though perhaps they have in some way. HPI are looking for a return to the UK market (the CEO stated in an interview last year), but probably need new cash £XXm's to establish a position quickly or purchase an existing group/chain - reversing will provide opportunity through share release to get the funds. At the same time they can create a market for their private listed shares.

Why wait is the question, they are clearly not short of a bob or two. I'm not convinced FITB has the momentum to generate a profit without further recourse to funding e.g. next year.

Results will look good due to capitalisation of debt and reduction in overheads and interest overhead, but still a way off profitability IMO.

From the date of the 0.25 fundraising through to the flurry of RNSs' , six months elapsed.
During that six months all volatility in the FITB share price evaporated(barring one small temporary blip) whilst the share price was managed downwards by some 40%.In this timeframe it was possible to buy FITB shares in huge size often below bid.For several weeks it remained impossible to sell anywhere near the market quote.
If this scenario is repeated, the share price could retreat in a similar fashion to circa .12 pence.

LOL Dusseldorf someone doesn't like my posts but hey ho we all know that FITB will have it's detractors and with the history fair enough i guess?

Your conclusion by the way [without detracting from all your considerable efforts no doubt] is just common sense though.

If you put your self in their shoes what would you conclude and then implement if you had to?!?!?

Time and time again shares are ramped and spiked before a fund raisingTime and time again the more experienced investors put out a word of warning which gets shot downIt will continue to happen while there is a never ending line of new investors believing in the 'massive contract win' or 'takeover rumours' that fly aroundAbsolutely no surprise to see the fund raising - all the shares are no doubt sold to the 'believers' in the past week and they are the ones holding the big lossesMeanwhile funds are now in place to keep the directors employed for the future No doubt this will continue to drop - don't be fooled in to thinking getting in below the placing price is good - unless directors participate in it...(looks like they didn't) I bet the majority in the placing don't even hold their share now - we will see if any holdings rns are released

Ok fair enough Dusseldorf thanks for that. Who really knows but as i have already stated i think that as i keep posting AIMHO / DYOR that you are a smart poster on the right tracks with regards to FITB

However as always time will tell....

cpap man - Yes a couple, but they did not work out well. I tend to find establishing my own theory recently has a good success rate and keeping a safe distance from the company (whichever it may be) is beneficial.

No comment [as these are totally private matters] Dusseldorf....except to say that in life it is often what is NOT said that is so very interesting....

You sound a bit p*ssed off that you did not get a call but you can still currently buy FITB sub the placing price which many of us are obviously doing!

Please keep your informative posts coming especially at this low point in terms of the FITB share price and ahead of what in my opinion could be a very bullish period of time!

In my opinion Fitbug NEEDS some corporate activity on behalf of the concert party in order to survive, for it would seem impossible for them to trade out of their current deeply unprofitable position.

Take the recently announced customer win with a global financial services group in Asia with its initial 1-year corporate wellness programme including the order for 14,000 devices.

If one takes recent customer reviews on Amazon as a fair yardstick, then 25% of all the numerous reviewers rate the Orb just one star, quoting a plethora of failings. If we extrapolate this and apply to the new contract, then 3,500 of those employees are about to experience severe problems with their wellness schedules leading to frustration and bad feedback to management.Hardly then a base on which to develop any future momentum.

Add to this the "low cost entry point".
For that replace "unprofitable".
Any further contracts, imo, merely compound Fitbug's difficulties.
It begs the question;will the recent contract be extended beyond its initial year.
Will it ,more likely,be ditched at the earliest opportunity.

NW1/Kirsh Group....FITB needs you(and soon).

Never said that i thought that FITB were great CHESTY1 because i don't. However if you buy shares in FITB and FITB don't get their sh*t together quickly then FITB will be subject to a RTO along the lines of what Dusseldorf has eluded to in recent posts.

In other words FITB are offering a PUT OPTION moving forwards....

AIMHO / DYOR

Are you saying the private placements were 'officially' offered with a view from the broker stating my RTO theory as a fall back plan?

Just trying to establish whether it's still just a theory, or someone linked to the company/nomad has said it will happen if the business does not take off

Am impressed they managed to raise a million. All that volume of course. It does mean the company is much safer now. Not going broke any time soon. More big orders are now needed and they can finance the business now. No excuses ..,

Have to check my records Dusseldorf but it was very late in the day. Why do you ask?

[by the way i think that you are onto something with your ideas on a RTO for FITB in that FITB have been given an amount of time to finally get their sh*t together at FITB or be out making way for an RTO]
