25/1/2017 08:40 | Unless anyone puts there hand up to say they were participants via a broker approach recently (placement with 'sophisticated investors'), I'd suggest the placement was similar to one a year or so ago i.e. Naked selling by MM's and stock is basically already in the hands of PI's, just that it was bought at higher levels. Effectively issue stock to raise money because there is demand. Doesn't change my stance on RTO prospects, but I feel for the investors who bought and held through spike, a right rogering. Not sure how NW1 will feel about it, I assume they were consulted. | dusseldorf

25/1/2017 08:29 | lol some clowns posting here non stop... obvious the mm's went short...locked everyone in and the co. bent over and allowed the mm's to fill their shorts with a timely placing...question is why the co. didnt ask for a higher sp??? but then which lot knock back a free million quid???...ive bought some this morning as believe the negative noise is to get pi's to get out...and watch roll on time this will bag or 5 bag on next news??? roll on time...giving it 2017...dont bet house on it. gl | comedy

25/1/2017 07:54 | That's how its done. Put out an RNS to convince mug punters things are happening that aren't then forward sell shares three times their value into the rise. | pwhite73

25/1/2017 07:34 | Morning,Placing was inevitable and obvious. Got a decent price before the trader hype fuelled rise. The two question to ask now are, when did this placing take place/was it delayed and meant to be on the RNS day, hence the suspension?Secondly, who took part? Kirsch? NW1 investment? Directors? Or new investors? | ravin146
25/1/2017 07:31 | Have to agree - disgraceful and dreadful (but obvious) timing. Not even allowing the LTHs the option of buying shares at a discount - really takes the biscuit - wonder if the directors took part? | knigel |
