Agree Duss, almost total share capital churned today, far too much for PI's and you maybe right that a cheeky low ball bid is on the table. Could be the first of a few deals to be announced and someone else is in the know.

tburns - it's defying logic. I think NW1 may be about to offer, or reverse Holmes Place International, seems a little too hot just for PI's to be churning this. Could be wrong.

LW425 - NW1 investments who own 50% in a consortium converted £8m at 2.5p last year. NW1 investments is owned by the son and daughter of the guys who sold Holmes Place and LA Fitness respectively. The son, is CEO of Holmes Place International which is seeking to 'return to the UK market' this year with its boutique health concept.

My long term goal here was reverse acquisition, but perhaps its happening on an accelerated timetable. FITB itself is IMO irrelevant.

Not sure where all the volume is coming from, 50% holders NW1 consortium perhaps building up for an offer? (or RTO). todays trades have already nearly doubled the free floating equity suggesting a complete transfer.
