What is this BOD doing to try and reassure the market that the new path they are on is positively transformational - why no big contract wins being announced in the Corporate market. Is this a basket case or a recovery play ??

Nick Rubens - am very familiar. They were not in at float. They've lost a shed load on this so far (in region of £6m down), NW1 is a linked co. related to some of the directors and loaned the money (in about 5 - 7 different chunks) to the company with no pre-agreed loan terms over the past 3 years as the co. burnt through cash to fund the fruitless ventures to date. Without the funding FITB would have been in administration years ago. Not sure what their game is, but if I was in charge of NW1 investments I'd want to fire the lot of them.

Give me FITB over IMTK any day.
Both are in a parlous loss making state with exceptionally weak balance sheets.

FITB though has serious financial backers/supporters who might also help in providing future business opportunities.

Not for widows and orphans; yet I am pretty confident that taking a stake at today's price will generate very significant profits somewhere down the line.
imo.

Good evening,Dusseldorf I have no position here at present, have set buy order if prices meet my target. I'd expect news/update before year end.Just read through this board and it seems the negative posts (Düsseldorf, Dt1010, Mister MD ...to name a few) are from those that may have missed the opportunity to make money. Most likely they will reply and lie and don't expect anything else on an anonymous share board.Imo. Good luck current holders, still positive that good luck will gain momentum though will take time untilNext trading update.

Evening all,Absolutely great, the RNS came earlier than expected and at an odd time...nevertheless my order buy and sell processed.As noted earlier the good luck was bound to return, along with a nice turnaround with cost cutting involved.With corporate wellness plans continually rolled out globally, the three strategic partnerships via:Vitality, Tower Watson in Asia Punter Southall All of which could see more orders via their own individual small/medium companies/members. Retail selling is completely shut it seems.Another wait and see really to re-enter, until second half results near December.Imo.Good luck to holders and traders.
