The Company was notified on 18 April 2019 that on that date, Mrs K M Kilpatrick, the wife of Mr S C Kilpatrick, the Group Finance Director of the Company, sold 4,400 Ordinary Shares of 25p each in the Company at a price of 1999.1369 pence per share.
