That 202,167 trade this morning was my BUY at 6.49p...
At that price, a return to the price in January would give you a 3 bagger...
The year end cash at 31 December was £18.8 million and the current MCap is only £17 million...
So the mines, with DFS to complete in Q4 2023 and production commencing in 2024/2025 are in for nothing...
Absolutely crazy! |
But Ingo's here...
And wait till Mather gets SOLG sold...whoopdedoo....
(PS I'm not a fan either but he's got far more skin in the game than me...) |
Hope you're right rouge I've added few more alsoOzzy asset alone covers market cap I believe |
31p immediately after IPO...
Bought another 160k today at 6.96p...back to 500k...
Crazy cheap at this price.
Mather and Hofmaier on the Board
Clara Resources 23% stake (ex AusTin)
DGR owns 12.3% of Clara
Mather owns 16% of DGR...
Mather owns at least 8% of SOLG and DGR owns 6.8% of SOLG, which is up for sale...
Where will he and DGR reinvest their proceeds...? |
Can buy at 7Tin price 15 per cent higher past 10 days |
This dog has lost 75% since IPO. Just riddled with fleas |
This delay was maybe not a very well kept secret. |
Not a great RNS, but there is an inevitability about these kind of delays. Story otherwise intact. |
I think they are at £14m |
My question is whether that still covers what they had planned to do with it. |
Someone is obviously selling though volume is not significant Seems too low to me based on what we know and cash in bank Tin price has not significantly retraced either |
They had 18.8M in the bank as of 31/12/2022 |
As I said before, mining plays are both the answer to inflation and also plagued by it - do we now have enough money in the bank for what we were originally planning to do with that money? |
frizzers - this article is a copy of his moneyweek article of many months ago. |
The biggest problem I see with the vast majority of junior exploration companies is they keep drilling more and more holes to improve their resource statements at their projects thereby using up all their money and needing more and more funding until nobody else will either buy new shares or lend them any more money leading to the company going bust.
Instead once a proven resource is found why don't they start getting the stuff actually out of the ground thereby bringing in an income stream to provide funds for further drilling? |
Back to the lows - hhmm |
1SN covered here: hxxps://www.theflyingfrisby.com/p/revisiting-tin-and-the-tin-picks |
It's been 9p low before moving up to 15p of recent |
Especially that the tin price has not collapsed either... very excessive pull back... might even test historical lows... |
Looks tad excessive this sharp pullback I am guessing |

Ditto same as you bought in at 30 on the placing shares so it's good to see we are slowly moving back up, will be even better when we make some profit GLA |
