95,000 UT @7.7 this am - Anyone have any insights on these identical trades? |
Things could about to get interesting here! |

95,000 UT @7.6 this am - this is the highest intra-day trade since June 2023 and bodes well for all holders. |
The total value of the last 3 buys from the RNS' above is c£100K, whilst pleasing and confidence building I do not consider that we have a stalking horse in the background.
It's more a case of those in the know taking advantage of the low share price currently, as we all should be doing. |
And Metals X now buying more !! |
HhmmStarting to think that Metals X now with 22.6%, Baker Steel with 14% and Arlington increasing now through 10%, that this may be set for a potential low ball offer ......NRI (lol)Thoughts anyone ? |
Very decent new largest shareholder on board now |
Why don't First Tin report how much they raised after Expenses, which is also very important for a share holder to know. |
The placing is conditional, as not yet approved by shareholders at the upcoming General Meeting on 29/074/24.
This is the reason for the placement:
"Reasons for the Placing and Use of Proceeds
· Following the successful completion of a Definitive Feasibility Study at the Company's Taronga project in Australia, which highlighted the low capex, low risk and high margin credentials of the project, the Company is now progressing its operational strategy while concurrently advancing its financing and off-take discussions for the next phase of development at Taronga."
Metal X (ASX:MLX) snapped all of the 60m shares immediately!
Metals X Chairman Peter Gunzburg commented:
"We are delighted to make a strategic investment in First Tin PLC and look forward to working closely together. The combination of Metals X's operating and financial capabilities with First Tin's exciting and late stage development assets should be of significant benefit to all stakeholders."
Additionally, Clara Resources LTD have also taken a significant holding in First Tin.
Th drop in share price this morning should soon be reversed, as those in the know have opened their purses very wide on this one. |
And a placement to raise £2.1M completed @4p .... |

Nice overview of Tin "the commodity of the future". Growing demand from solar, electronics and new technology, but with supply concentrated in geopolitically vulnerable locations. Need new supply, but the project pipeline is thin.hTTps://www.mining-journal.com/mj-comment/opinion/4206401/tin-overlooked-critical-metal#:~:text=The%20recent%20tin%20rally%20is,the%20Bronze%20Age%2C |
Highest daily volume in 3 months today. |
Those £120K's worth of Director buys a few days ago have encouraged some of the buying no doubt. |
Yeah there's been some very decent buying of late including a £35K buy which has just gone through. There's also been some healthy consolidation around the 6.5p level but once that clears this will swiftly move up to the next level imo. |
And some "heavy" buying although it's not moving by much ...yet |

Some solid buying today. All trades around 6.5p are buys. Even the ones marked as sells. |
