23/4/2009 18:14 | not idling today and some largish trades in the last couple of days. Bodes well. | trasenster
14/4/2009 14:44 | seems to be idling away again....not on everyones radar...one of the few truly solid property stocks out there....period. | dlyricist
10/4/2009 17:36 | After being pretty much alone fgor quite a while on here, it makes a nice change to see a few other names on here at last. Just surprised it took so long for peeps to see the value here. My first buy was some 8 or so years ago, can't honestly remember the price but have the certificates and every year, on the dot, my dividend chq comes through the post without fail. Good luck all. | dorset64
10/4/2009 10:03 | How many property companies are still making a profit? This one is... DYOR and get a balanced view (though watch out for the daily rampers) and I'm in this one | dlyricist
10/4/2009 00:51 | Surprisingly enough Poland seems to be holding up pretty well; | kimboy2
08/4/2009 13:19 | As I said, the biggest and possibly most pleasing aspect of this rise is the amount of shares now being traded. For game's the mm's can raise or drop the share price a few % either way but this current rise is based on buying pressure, and long may it continue. If we can stay above the 200SMA chart line then that would give it a new resistance level as well but hey, what I know about charts you could write on a penny stamp. | dorset64
08/4/2009 11:57 | Just spent nearly 3 thousand pounds to buy shares here in fpo. Spent a few quid on ipi as well. Property looks to be on the up at last. | harmoye
08/4/2009 09:49 | Wouldn't underestimate the TMF effect. I think the property sector is quite "hot" this week too. | bones30
08/4/2009 09:32 | I wouldn't have thought that would have the readership, but I may be wrong. There have been a lot of posts on iii in the last 48 hours (about 40), but before that the previous post was last May. None of them seem to mention a tip though. | kimboy2
08/4/2009 08:58 | Like this you mean: | bones30
08/4/2009 08:42 | A lot of trades again this morning. There must be something in a tipsheet somewhere. | kimboy2
08/4/2009 08:22 | nice, any reason for this rise (simply undervalued?)? hope it's not a 'pump and dump' | 1nf3rn0
07/4/2009 21:55 | Perhaps I should protect the privacy of his nom de plume. Funny I assumed that all the TMF lot knew each other. First letter S and keen on Keller. That will keep you guessing for days. | kimboy2
07/4/2009 19:07 | Steve is a bright bloke and is a regular poster on TMF and ADVFN. (Kimboy2) What is his username please ? | davidosh
07/4/2009 19:04 | Please list your undervalued property companies here: | fairdeal2008
07/4/2009 19:03 | Compaired to average todays trades was still up on par. Perhaps at last someone is actually noticing this one as they should do. | dorset64
07/4/2009 17:55 | I posted on TMF in Feb and got not a lot of response; There seems to have been a lot more trading than usual since the 3rd April and Steve Scott's article was the 2nd April. Steve is a bright bloke and is a regular poster on TMF and ADVFN. Perhaps his article got a few interested. Could be anything though. | kimboy2
07/4/2009 17:16 | MW, Two possibilities, both linked to The Motley Fool IMO. Firstly it was mentioned in a Fool article by Steve Scott last week (along with a few other smallcaps) as a decent bet on yield grounds. Secondly, britishb on TMF did a more detailed write-up of it last Thursday on Paulypilot's Pub. The write-up didn't get any replies or anywhere near enough recs but it intrigued me enough to do some research and I managed to get in at 12p on Friday morning. I suspect the first reason is more to blame for the rise than the second as far more people read the articles than the bulletin boards but it was the bb write-up that got me interested. Big thanks to britishb if he reads this. Seems an insane valuation to me. Curious that Steve doesn't hold IMO ? Des | deswalker
07/4/2009 16:58 | WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO ENLIVEN THIS SHARE HAVING BEEN UNNOTICED FOR SUCH A LONG TIME? THE TRADING STATEMENT CANNOT EXPLAIN THE INTEREST TODAY. I WONDER IF ANYONE KNOWS OF ANY PUBLICATION THAT MIGHT EXPLAIN THIS. GOOD HUNTING MW | miss womble
02/4/2009 22:05 | Not a holder here, but got this in the post today. | jibba_jabba
03/3/2009 14:05 | Not being a well known stock can have it's advantages. I thought the TS was just about as good as anyone could expect. The 12% return on equity for the fund probably equates to just about flat property prices in Poland. However we should get a performance fee which should be about £1m. The purchase of the 28% stake in 9 floors of the Blue Tower off Metropol looks a good deal. At least it is in blue lego I suppose. Anyway a 25% return on £1.7m equity adds about £400k to the bottom line for a start. However I think it will be more interesting once they come to sell it. My figures for the deal are; Purchase price - £5.6m Loan - £3.9m Equity - £1.7m Rent - £0.67m Yield - 12% They say that the rents are at a substantial discount to market rents. If they could increase them by 20% and eventually sell the property off an 8% yield then that would be £6m profit. Poland does seem to be better placed relative to other EE countries but the movement of the Zloty tells you it is not impervious by any means. | kimboy2
03/3/2009 12:57 | Thanks you two, was beginning to think I was talking to myself and it was all a dream :-) | dorset64 |
