The news releases about graduate hires is smoke and mirrorsThe company lists the number of employees each year under the personnel section of each annual report, this increases by an amount much smaller than the number of graduates hired In the last annual report they stated they hired 291 graduates (so not including experienced hires) yet the number of employees only increased from 2315 to 2342, a net increase of 27. Employee turnover is thus very very high.

It was announced with great fanfare they were hiring an ADDITIONAL 300 when stock was at or near 40What happened? Market saw what it was: bluff No hires and staff reduced

Yes badger, there is no value in this at all, except negative value.
Not only are the buildings rented from an insider, but the furniture is too (even the carpet). Anything else is just borrowed or picked up for nothing at the local tip, computers, pens, pencils, paperclips, you name it. Heaven knows how they will afford the energy bills. Fresh air, well, that's out of the question! Happy now?

D Technologies (AIM: FDP.L, Euronext Growth: FDP.I) announces that on 10 August it issued options over ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the capital of the Company under the Group's Long Term Incentive Plan. As part of the award, Ryan Preston, Chief Financial Officer, was granted options over 65,000 shares. The option price in each case is 2,380p per share.

Tough call that Ryan - you make suree you work for that money!

But seriously, having accepted an executive position it is the decent thing to do rather than just stick around to pick up the wage packet without being in a position to give the attention.
