We've been talking about the gm/vote since 79 group made their intentions knows so for him to say he did not know is complete nonsense, as is saying no notification as your broker would had send you a notification that there is a voting procedure due on your account. I have fcm in 2 separate accounts, both nominee account and they both notified me. |
To be fair. I hold shares in FCM via a nominee and I do not get any notification of anything and certainly no prospectuses posted. I know what is going on solely through reading the Bulletin Boards and of course the RNS's. |
JP2011, thanks for proving you know absolutely nothing about FCM other than what's posted on here and that all you are is a complete waste of space.You pretend to own shares but didn't know that there was a shareholder vote for the biggest shake up of the company in its history.As a shareholder you would had received emails and correspondence telling you of the prospectus and date of the General Meeting and vote, but you're saying you never seen or received any of them?Stop wasting your time fella, get a life and try posting on boards where you actually own shares. |

Dorset I own shares but didn't vote as it was always going to be rubber stamped and so wasn't inclined to vote either way.

Wrong, 99% of those bothering to vote voted for it.It was always a no trainer that it would go through but only 30k shares voted against the moment, overwhelming backing of the deal. |

So, the vote goes to prove that all the numpties on here stating this was a bad deal quite obviously don't own a single share as, 47m shares voted for the takeover and only 30k voted against. A resounding backing of the 79 Group and our way forward. |

Unfortunately bringing out a UT trade at 11 am. might have influenced when uncrossing trades have already been accounted for as far as I understand.
