Absolutely John! |
I thought it was very encouraging, cashed up / working now on winter surveys and ready to start all The projects without delays.
79th have actually saved the company in my opinion , 0 good raises happening right now , all at heavy discounts. And with our mcap we would struggle to get 400k away which would have only kept the lights on, and then it would have been forced sold with active sellers and heavy dilution.
Once 79th are at 51% they would not want to drop below , so in effect not selling!
Looking forward to the share price pushing this upto 5p+! |

Watched about 5 mins and Sales language & body language appears to be on the defensive!!
At 7:45 Mark Fairburn asks how the g79 deal works as majority shareholder so they call the shots and you do the work on the ground and sale waffles on without answering the question!! |
Thanks soul and unknown benefactor.
It is worth highlighting though. I think this has a lot gong for it. |
New stockbox interview out 😏 |
Big things coming here in the next 12 months, one of a few cashed up, with good assets and a real chance of gaining back lost ground quickly.
Sector in a right mess though, I would be very careful which ones you are invested in. Any that need cash in the next six months are going to get completed rinsed.
Longer they wait more the discounts. |
I don’t hold grudges business is business 😉 |
Your the grudge buddy, stop mesing with the shares via chat boards and wait for the good news like thr rest of us. Your off the wall craxy |
New poster with a grudge I see ic7j |
In answer to your question idle I don't think Mr bodies has a full grip of the enormity and positive effect this 79 deal will have on the share price. He will see his investment triple in no time but he holds a grudge doesn't he. I've never seen such gusto from an investor with intentions to literally peas on his own finances. Total madness. If he could see into the future a bit I think he would nip it and realise what poor judgement he has had in de ramping his own holdings. |

With the launch of Fortress Am-Can, Premier Doug Ford has reaffirmed Ontario’s crucial role in securing North America’s critical mineral supply. 🇨🇦129309;🇺7480;
The province is prioritising faster project approvals, expanded processing capacity, and stronger supply chains to ensure essential minerals—Lithium, nickel, cobalt, copper, technology metals, and more—are extracted, processed, and supplied to industries driving the future, from EVs to defence technology.
🔑 Why does this matter?
As Ontario pushes to unlock its vast mineral wealth, First Class Metals PLC (FCM) is well-positioned to contribute. Our projects align with this initiative, targeting the very minerals essential to North America’s industrial and economic security.
📍 FCM’s Ontario portfolio is aligned with this growing demand:
✅ Prospective landholdings in world-class mining districts ✅ Exploration focused on high-value critical minerals ✅ Commitment to responsible resource development and First Nation partnerships
This is a key moment for Ontario’s mining industry. With Fortress Am-Can gaining momentum, the demand for secure, domestic critical mineral supply chains is greater than ever—and FCM is ready to deliver. |

Out of interest where do you see it going mr bodi? And I presume by yr comment you'll be voting in the affirmative? Odd posts seeing the size of accumulative holding you and yr happy clappers must have. |
Put the crystal bowl away along with the tea leave and whatever you’re smoking please stop. |
If there were ever a time to buy, it’s now. The broader picture seems to be escaping many at the moment.
Take Panther Metals, for example. Recently hailed as a standout, yet they’ve just pulled off a heavily discounted 40% raise, bringing in a rather underwhelming sum. That barely scratches the surface of what’s needed, especially once you factor in costs beyond exploration. The lingering cloud of the “next raise” still looms large.
Sure, 1.7p might look like a bargain, but not when you compare it to what FCM could have done. Had they followed Panther’s approach—raising £450,000 at a steep discount, then doing it again four months late, the share price would be well under 1p by early summer.
But that’s not the case. They’re funded, and they’ve got a heavyweight backer making noise. So why the relentless negativity? What part of this are the naysayers failing to grasp? |

First Class Metals PLC. LSE:FCM FRA:WN9 @FirstClassMetal Exploration Programme Highlights ⬇
➡️ Gold (Au) results from the stripping channel samples, combined with the completion of the soil sampling programme at North Hemlo, have increased the potential width of gold anomalism along the Dead Otter trend (DOT) to approximately 30m, reinforcing its significance along its >3km strike length.
➡️ A review of historical drill core from the Sunbeam property, including TerraX (former claim owner) core, supports the gold anomalism in the host porphyry theory.
➡️ Patterson Grant Watson (PGW) has been commissioned to interpret the magnetic geophysical survey flown in late summer 2024 at the Kerrs Gold Project.

Interesting post on LSE yesterday;
It's also destructive dilution for all current shareholders. But don't let that stop you from giving it a good ramp. The time to buy this will be after the dilution once the new lower share price has been established. I do not see a reason why this would trade for more than the new cash balance once done. When looking at the listing and the rise to about 15p not so long back those poor people are unlikely to ever see their money back.
