Yeah I did clock that one Jon, but a purchase of 3000 is hardly gonna break his bank. If anything, I thought it may have the opposite effect and reduce the sp, as the purchase is a confirmation that they are not in any takeover talks. Still, it is reassuring to see a close above $5, and I am starting to get a good feel about this again.

A surprise rise today, closing at $5.06. Maybe the good results sunk in a little slow? On Chopsy's richter scale = £2.30 opening - A probable spread of 225p-235p - We'll be opening blue on Monday - NICE!

I saw the same low volume yesterday. My gut feeling is we will have to wait for a few months before these take off, but take off they will!

I've noticed the trend myself Om. My problem is I own half the company outright already!

ps - the trend didn't work tonight - unfortunately. Looks like a lower opening tomorrow morning.

Sat - I got a formula for this - buy mid-session and sell end of session - every day....

Sure looks like it will work.

Plus news today indicates no takeover yet.

$4.91 close in very low volume. Managed to survive an intraday low of $4.74. A flat opening tomorrow - possibly a tad higher.

Chopsy's richter scale indicates an opening of 225p (220-230 spread) - a tad up on yesterdays close.

You might be right Om. On the other hand, after a rise from $4 to $5 in just 3 days, you would expect a bit of profit taking. The overall picture still looks positive.

ps - see if you can find the 'Chit chat with chai' thread - epic 'CHAT' I thought we can use that for general chit chat.

Thanks to the late rally in FCP, we should stay at break even on Tuesday morning - a flat open. Unless the weekend press pick up on a bid rumour. Now that would make for a nice surprise!

Have a nice long weekend guys. Lets hope the rise continues next week.

The charts indicate good support to $5.50 which equates to £4.49. That'll be the price I'll be thinking of making my exit.

Sat - I only had a 4000 CFD's so not too much.

But did you see EEL? No idea on final price but it was stupidly priced below 40 pence IMHO.

However I trebled my holding down there and am now in Profit.

I was down heavily on that. Very heavy losses - but now all turned around and I am smiling again.

Well Sat - My stop loss triggered at $5.038.... Not sure about buying back in yet.

Plus CMC are charging commision from Monday - so add taht to the spread too.
