Sure markets are weak, Pottermagic is Nicholas Parsons, and ABtwo quotes 'diamond.net'.

The facts are still obscure, i'm not convinced the 20th and 29th days are machinations of a mischievous board, rather the reality of a restricted timetable and the need to finalise placing, before the GM and AGM were called.

We shall see.

Yes I'm sure they will, there will be a pre meeting conference to ensure all the bases are covered I would imagine.


The non disclosure of the venue may break regulations, 4 More Riverside is a massive building with multiple companies inside!

The Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company will be held at the offices of Tavistock Communications, 1 Cornhill London EC3V 3ND at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, 29 December 2017.


Again an AGM between Xmas and the New Year looks like they don't want too many attendees, and the early morning start is unusual for FDI, all tricks used to deter all those but the most determined from turning up.

Poor form FDI.

Last time i passed through London, i had this strange 'Harry Krishna' guy trying to put a 'band' on my wrist and then asking for a donation.

All part of the 'London' experience for countryside folk !!

Not until they overcome their problems they aren't!

If they do, and the diamond market for small stones looks up, they could well be a buy again, but they have disappointed many times now so confidence may be slow to rebuild.


I was lucky not to buy when it dipped below 20p a couple of months ago, that was in my target area!

RNS are a dark art, and you have to look for what they are not saying, rather than what they are.

It's such a shame that after all the renewed optimism here that they are failing to deliver once again.

There has been a steady sell off over the last few months, it does make you wonder who was selling and what they knew?

@Andy, yes that seems to be true in a way however, it appears it is also what is not mentioned ( or is downplayed) that can be equally as bad.
So:
1) We have a good diamond grade (but we will loose 15% of it when in production)
2) We expect large diamonds (but we do not know what the quality of these will be)
3) etc. etc.

Yes the feasibility study was based on 1 million tonnes of rough? - Also recovered cpht are less than quoted.... either this is now the bargain of the century, or we are going bust !!! - Sorry to be gloomy, hard not to feel a degree of finality.
