Hopeful for suspension to be lifted tomorrow upon release of finals and appointment of a new NOMAD. Mr FitzSimmons has experience in auditing and for which he has been appointed to the Audit committee. The auditing was one of the uncertainties that had to be resolved in order for the finals to be released. The Board uncertainty is also gone now with the removal of Mr Williams and Mr Last which just leaves the finals to come out and new NOMAD. Cash should be around 1.50p though results will be end of december 2007 so on the finals it will probably show up as around 2.20p worth.

I hope this new board member has been OKed by the major shareholder otherwise we may have another RNS tomorrow saying he's been relieved of his duties.
I'll still be very surprised to see this company relist. I hope its all about winding the company up now. Maybe this new guy is to oversee the process.

Now that FPS is soon to proove its worth, we will then have a lot to thank Chancer for.

Every RNS cost FPS money and thanks to their rich cash pile the price of all this news is just like pennys. However todays great news means that FPS should be back before the 30th or sometime in the future.

Mr FitzSimmons bought his 3.50 million odd shares at 0.33p and 0.35p respectively during May. I don't think they would appoint someone to the board if the listing wasn't going to be kept. Finals out by end of Monday next week!

The company is now certain to delist by the looks of it.
I hope Lay Ann is going to wind this thing up asap and return cash. It may even be worth contacting him directly to see if he will buy your shares off market.

At long last the cash burn has been removed. Only cost for this now is the nonomated advisor and Mr O.L Ann who will do is best to find a suitable opportunity to reverse into. Probarly a lot more prosperus one than that Global Gaming could ever do.

The composition of the board uncertainty is no longer there now imo as Ogg Lay Ann will be back on board as CEO. Just need a NOMAD and Finals to be published by 30 June 2008.

Total novice. She is banging on about cash values etc etc, but ther great thing in this sorry story is that this will unfold and we will get a solid decision about what chancer is saying.

The RNS does not look good at all, and shows that this company is really in trouble. The investors will be lucky to see anything in this one. All this talk of 1.5p blah blah blha is cuckoo land stuff. But hey, why argue about it, news will follow soon (saying that this company takes it's time in a big way!!) No NOMAD wants to touch it, and if it does the fees alone are huge. Add to that no forward business plan and you have a share price that if, and only if, they bother lifting suspension will plummet to fractions of a penny.

I'm just glad these are suspended, stops chancer being able to mug other noivces into her naff share picks.

Notice she don't hold any other shares at the moment!! all her savings locked up in FPS and about to get burnt lol.

She deserves every bit of this............
