13/11/2006 13:55 | ere ere Groin............... | bugs bunny
13/11/2006 13:32 | I just wonder if the the 2 buys were related to the EVO up and down routine last week? They are obviously buys but they haven't had any impact on the price which I would have expected. Can't be long to wait now and I would think that we must be heading towards breakeven this time round with a confimation that the £1m EBITA profit is still on course. All very exciting stuff I can tell you but not yet ready for the very expensive bottle given to me by a good friend last Christmas. Come on FFA; shock and delight us all! | groin
13/11/2006 10:59 | And another! someone is keen!!!! | bugs bunny
13/11/2006 10:51 | Nice 200k buy there, are we going to see a tick up today? | bugs bunny
12/11/2006 13:20 | Glad to see I'm not the only one who likes to to view the world through the VAT69 haze that I prefer nowadays. 10p would be lovely, but in my limited lifetime???? | groin
12/11/2006 11:53 | nice to see this back at the 10p level, 10p does look good on the chart doen`t it. | plast
10/11/2006 15:12 | You've heard of my X then Groin. | bugs bunny
10/11/2006 15:04 | I told you, tart's knickers and no mistake. | groin
10/11/2006 11:00 | Or The LME.......Evo down a tick again.....Looks like they are short of stock and looking to buy at 4p. | bugs bunny
10/11/2006 09:46 | I've been watching the activity over the last few days and it seems very odd to me that most of the 100+ trades are all going through a 4p......Seems a very large buy order has been put in at 4p with all the MM's suppling.....However as Groin has said who is supplying........ For me where are they going. Do we have a friendly or an unfriendly stalker??????? | bugs bunny
09/11/2006 16:55 | EVO must be filling an order, they are going up and down more often than a tarts knickers during the VE celebrations and I remember that very well! | groin
09/11/2006 15:21 | Its all very odd even when seen through my wisky induced haze. It must be EVO buying in the stock, but from whom? I think they dropped the price so that they didn't have to pay over the odds. I can honestly say that if it wasn't for the specticle of seeing the squirrels burying the acorns from next door's oak tree in my wife's well tended borders and the lawn, I would say its pretty boring stuff. Anyone know what the difference is between a boil and a just plain huge spot? Its not a puzzle; I just need to know if I need to draw attention to it when next the quack visits as its in a rather difficult place and I don't mean under the stairs, if you know what I mean. | groin
08/11/2006 15:44 | Now EVO down a tick and WINS still up......Come on lads whats going on?????? | bugs bunny
08/11/2006 13:28 | WINS up a tick. | bugs bunny
08/11/2006 13:27 | After all the excitement yesterday, it looks like we are back to the old pattern. it's nice to know that I have brought a smile to someones face rather than just the home help's. She is a love but but has a habit of carping on about the diet I should be following. At my age any little treats are a bonus and the lectures I get on the rights and wrongs of eating a 12 pack of Kit kats in one go just go in one ear and out the other I'm afraid. All I can say its a damm good job they haven't found out about my secret supply of booze via the kind lad at the Post office. Its a great little number we have going, he drops round with parcels under the guise of Amazon book deliveries and sneaks it by her without any queries on the fact that my bookcase should be buckling under the sheer weight of unread books by now. next door haven't spotted that their recycle box clinks merryly to the tune of empty VAT 69 bottles either! | groin
08/11/2006 01:43 | I apologise, on re-reading my comment it might seem pompous to say that £40K is not a big deal. What I meant is that a day trading of less than 1% of the market capitalisation is not something to get excited about. I've been following FFA for many years and, in my view, there have been small indications that FFA's prospects are improving: 1) They are getting contracts with some smallish financial institutions which implies that they are at last being taken seriously - I'd say that this has been their biggest hurdle. 2) They have diversified their customer base. I'm always concerned when a company's future relies on just one or two big customers. ...The company said: "Our top 20 customers account for approximately 90 pct of revenue, and their average income is now 232,000 stg per customer, a growth of 16 pct... 3) They have been successful in raising additional funding time and time again. I could say that Keith Todd has a poor previous record for estimating when FFA will break into profit - but that would be too easy. I see two reasons not to invest in FFA quite yet: 1) Increases in director shareholdings can be correlated to increased fund investments. To me this suggests that those increased holding have been coerced as a like-for-like investment. 2) I don't have sufficient information to judge that the turnaround has happened, but I do know that directors (Hugh Hughes) don't usually resign to pursue other interests at the dawn of a company's revival. There are reasons to be optimistic but currently too high risk for me especially with the yearly dilution to strengthen their books. A good set of results with a clear indication of sustainable revenue would change my mind, so I'll again be watching carefully. Best of luck to those holding, especially groin whose comments have made me smile on more than one occasion. CFB | cfb2
07/11/2006 23:38 | cfb2.....For FFA stock....todays activity was serious exchanges and coming just before there results. KBC finishing up a tick.....I wonder if they where called in this afternoon by Toddy and co and told the results are out tomorrow???????? That would leave 3 days of good trading on better than expected results??????? Who Knows?????? We will have to wait and see.......Must see where my Cosmic order has gone...Its due anytime now. | bugs bunny
07/11/2006 20:42 | £40k is no big deal? I would love to be in such a position that £40k was just small change. I was under the impression that we were going to miss all targets and yet someone just throws £40k in the ring, mad they may be but more likely they know full well things are at last going our way. | groin
07/11/2006 18:26 | cheque - incorrect, ffastfill offer and deliver both their proprietary application suite and TT as managed service solutions. | bobbystar99
07/11/2006 18:17 | Some very serious exchanges happening today... lol..1m shares @ 4p = £40K. Hardly serious exchanges. | cfb2
07/11/2006 17:55 | somebody out of 1.7million shares, good news is there was someone willing to take them off them ! | cheque
07/11/2006 16:38 | Some very serious exchanges happening today and the price hasn't moved down.....Some good news on the way IMHO. | bugs bunny
07/11/2006 13:53 | Rather a lot of cash, £40k, to spend on shares in a company that is not going to make a profit don't you think? They will probably report a smaller loss this time round and confirm the full year profit when the figures come out shortly. IMHO of course! | groin |
