29/3/2021 21:12 | No. 420m shares after recent dilution X 50p = £210M or $270M. Typically good quality junior miners pre-construction but with funding sorted, are valued at around 20% of their NPV, which in the case of FAR is $2bn. 20% of $2bn is $400M (around 73p per share). You're welcome. | ![]() cyberbub
29/3/2021 20:56 | Instead looking at price , will the market cap valuation be fair at 50p?that be approx £300m market cap post dilution of recent funding. | ![]() jailbird

29/3/2021 11:28 | Peeps as said many times, this will only head one way now £1 billion + market cap. All ducks well and truly lined up. Hold for gold, and you will be greatly rewrded. Institutional investors and Vision Blue have bought in for a reason. IMHO. | ![]() zb27
29/3/2021 09:57 | And we are off to the races, got a feeling we will have a reasonable day | ![]() telbap
28/3/2021 21:55 | Bd - totally agree. I have made too many mistakes selling way too early (eg ITM), not being patient! FAR has got Right place, right time, right resource, and now Sir Mick and his team, truly sensational. Sometimes that 1 RNS completely changes the company, and bring all the attention it has sorely missed for so long, and FAR definitely received that BLOCKBUSTER RNS 2 weeks ago! | ![]() zb27

28/3/2021 18:10 | We have two significant updates to come shortly!! One is the hook up that will ensure smooth running and a contract we have been told about, due and yet to be signed!! Of course there is the demand which will surely see more contracts and as we progress more deposits! Governments are under pressure to come green and the low cost of production could see us as as highly sought after major player!! The best thing is we have the resources to deliver!! This could rise more rapidly than many imagine and those who recognise the potential within a small timeframe could benefit immensely!! | bygdennis

28/3/2021 08:11 | Btw I have followed this since November 2019, so know it's history Just this news with Vision blue was totally out of the blue .. was expecting news just in funding of existing plant .Just one of those one in a million type of news that can happen unexpectedly It is friends on the risk and reward you want to take as many tend to not hapoen | ![]() jailbird
28/3/2021 08:06 | No I skimmed through the RNS'Actually if I read the original funding RNS properly I would have bought a lot more and sliced all my holding in the 30s then would be holding more than I do ... momentum took it much higher ... I should have known better, when herd arrived in BBs in tends to move it much higher quickly It is ok . Still time to buy more here later .. unfortunately my money is tied up in another miner which on the cusp of going into construction .Not selling that after holding it for many years . | ![]() jailbird
28/3/2021 00:10 | Jailbird, if we didn't know you better we might think you were trying to mislead! lol#557 Fair point Cyber...I forgot that point.#366 Cyber Yes you are correct , I missed this paragraph. | goodgrief
27/3/2021 23:39 | That's why jailbird doing research including earlier RNS is important! They tell us what the future holds and we can confirm them with later RNS! that's why they call them updates!! If we look now at the lock in for 12 months!! where do you think they expect the sp/value to be then?? Reassuring for any holder to say the least! Cyber gets it! Much bigger things are happening which to him and others will make the smaller operation seem quite irrelevant but nonetheless necessary and is profitable indicating much more value as we gear up as it says in the Spring!! It is now Spring!! Happy days!! About Ferro Alloy Resources Limited: The Company's operations are all located at the Balasausqandiq Deposit in Kyzylordinskaya Oblast in the South of Kazakhstan. Currently the Company has two main business activities: a) the high grade Balasausqandiq Vanadium Project (the "Balausa Project"); and b) an existing profitable vanadium concentrate processing operation (the "Existing Operation") Balasausqandiq is a very large deposit, with vanadium as the principal product, together with numerous byproducts. Owing the nature of the ore, the capital and operating costs of development are very much lower than for other projects. A reserve on the JORC 2012 basis has been estimated only for the first ore-body (of five) which amounts to 23 million tonnes, not including the small amounts of near-surface oxidised material which is in the Inferred resource category. In the system of reserve estimation used in Kazakhstan the reserves are estimated to be over 70m tonnes in ore-bodies 1 to 5 but this does not include the full depth of ore-bodies 2-5. There is an existing concentrate processing operation at the site of the Balasausqandiq Deposit. The production facilities were originally created from a 15,000 tonnes per year pilot plant which was then adapted to treat low-grade concentrates and is now in the process of being expanded and further adapted to treat a wider variety of raw materials. The Company has already completed the first steps of a development plan for the existing operation which is expected to result in annualised production capacity increasing gradually to around 1,500 tonnes of contained vanadium pentoxide. The development plan includes upgrades to infrastructure, an extension to the existing factory and the installation of equipment to increase the throughput and to add the facilities to convert AMV into vanadium pentoxide. The strategy of the Company is to develop both the Existing Operation and the Project in parallel. Although they are located on the same site and use some of the same infrastructure, they are separate operations. | bygdennis
27/3/2021 22:05 | What did I say?Cyber said the existing plant is irrelevant.. and he gets off Scott free..lol | ![]() jailbird
27/3/2021 16:15 | When you can't think of anything useful to post, nonsense will do!! Is that the way it is jailbird!! you're missing a great chance here! | bygdennis
27/3/2021 13:32 | Fair point Cyber...I forgot that point .That is a good reminder when someone harks on about cash flow from the existing plant ..right it off, it ain't happening anytime soon I think the Co is keeping the existing plant going just to keep the existing skilled staff ready to use at the main plant next year Makes sense | ![]() jailbird
27/3/2021 12:53 | Jailbird!! Won't work mate!! You can't make negatives from positives!! We all know Spring is here and things are! and going to pick up substantially over the next few weeks and months!! The clocks go forward Sunday and so will FAR!! Trying to dupe folk into believing things are not moving at pace is misleading!! Where do you think the share price will be by the end of the year when everything is fully up and running ?? We're due many updates as current progress is made!! | bygdennis
27/3/2021 08:21 | On these timescales , to double production to 150t will not start until the end of the year Looking further ahead, the Company is planning to procure an electric arc furnace which can double production capacity again. This furnace has been designed, contracts agreed and will take some six months to build once the order is placed. This furnace will be used to produce ferro-vanadium directly from raw-material concentrates without first producing vanadium pentoxide, and it will also be able to produce by-product ferro-nickel, utilising the nickel content of our raw-materials which is currently sold at very low prices as a low-grade concentrate. | ![]() jailbird |
