19/3/2021 14:43 | Senn, please read up properly! We're not talking about options. Nick Bridgen has a personal matter (a £3M divorce settlement) for which he needs to raise 'partial' payment (we don't know how much) by selling some of his shares. He can (and almost certainly will) do that from next week. I suspected it might be up to 10M shares... obviously as the share price climbs it could be just 5M shares now! The key point is that he will almost certainly have instis beating a path to his door to buy those shares now. And the instis will hold on to them, they won't dump the shares for a quick 5% profit when they should be worth multiples in due course. So there will be no 'overhang' in the market. In the unlikely event that he has to sell some shares in the market, do you really think that will hold the share price back for long, given the news and the serious undervaluation here?? They will be snapped up IMO. NAI | ![]() cyberbub
19/3/2021 14:40 | IS TBIS PUMP BECAUSE NICKS OPTION EXPIRE NEXT WEEK SEEMS WEIRD TIMING | ![]() senn1
19/3/2021 14:39 | Am so glad I had the courage of my convictions to buy large at 10p 3 months ago, and ignore the naysayers... The project obviously (to me) was an unloved monster, the only query was whether management could effectively ramp it up - I think Nick Bridgen has proven that he certainly could!! He's grinning like a Cheshire cat on all the interviews this week - not surprising with 64M shares... | ![]() cyberbub
19/3/2021 14:35 | Listen to that interview on VSA Capital, and then listen to it again and again. Huge undervaluation here. Forget next EUA/GGP, THIS COULD BE ANOTHER LEVEL!!! | ![]() zb27
19/3/2021 14:35 | I've been half tempted to try trading part of my holding on the way up, but never dared.. glad I didn't! I rarely get that right at the best of times - these days I usually just hold long term, maybe add a few if a share pulls back significantly. Am holding on to mine for dear life LOL | ![]() cyberbub
19/3/2021 14:34 | Won't be far off 50p today at this rate. | cygnet4
19/3/2021 14:33 | fair assumption! | ![]() sos100
19/3/2021 14:31 | Looks like possibly heading to 50p next week? | ![]() cyberbub
19/3/2021 14:30 | Beauty... bang on track after breaking resistance | ![]() losses
19/3/2021 14:15 | Exactly, up to $30M committed by VSA at a later date. No need for any other mates-rates placings to let instis buy in. They will have to buy in the market. I can't tell you how significant this is! | ![]() cyberbub
19/3/2021 14:12 | love the comment in the VSA video that basically now all the necessary equity is raised! | ![]() mesb48
19/3/2021 14:04 | The only way an insti is going to get a decent holding at these levels is to try and buy NB's shares he has to sell for his divorce settlement. Maybe 10M shares as I mentioned. There may well be a bidding war for those shares now LOL :-) :-)Otherwise they're gonna have to buy in the market like the rest of us. An unusual and happy situation IMONAI | ![]() cyberbub
19/3/2021 13:45 | Been a very nice week here ! No inclination to sell any yet , this will have legs ... | catsick
19/3/2021 13:45 | Hitting 40p now, and it's still cheap! | ![]() cyberbub
19/3/2021 13:38 | madness to trade this, clearly going over 50p(at some point) | ![]() sos100
19/3/2021 13:27 | Yes and Mick Davis has got himself a ludicrously good deal at 9p. Anyone else wanting in won't get that deal... In fact since VBR have sewn up any future equity raises for themselves as well, any insti wanting in will surely have to buy in the market? Imagine if a couple of instis wanted to buy $10M worth today - who are they going to get it from at 35p?! | ![]() cyberbub
19/3/2021 13:20 | Next week Mick Davis doing a roadshow 'online' of Institutional Investors How much is FAR worth if it is THE cornerstone to him creating the next Xstrata of Battery metals ? I'm kicking myself for not buying more Next week i expect IIs will be queueing up to get a 'groundfloor' seat at the table in Mick the Miners next big thing If you run multi billion funds you're going to look at this £100m Mkt Cap with $2bn NPV and say why hasn't the market woken up ? This is worth multiples of $100m right now simply as an 'option play' within their portfolios and be happy to chuck $10m or $20m at this in any way possible | ![]() the stigologist
19/3/2021 12:10 | NB's lockin expires next week, I expect an RNS saying he's offloaded a few million (perhaps 10M?) to an insti investor - at quite possibly higher than today's SP! | ![]() cyberbub
19/3/2021 11:40 | Cyber Plus we have the Mick Davis factor. Don’t think we will see a fri sell off, there’s to much going on here. | ![]() driver101
19/3/2021 11:14 | Well the CPR did give a range for NPV of $2bn to $3bn as far as I recall... | ![]() cyberbub
19/3/2021 11:12 | bought another 10k, roll on 171p :) haha | ![]() ukgeorge
19/3/2021 10:43 | TS - WOW An increase from $2 Billion!!! Gets better and better. Short term 70-80p. Then onwards and upwards towards NPV. Don't even want to think what will happen here once BFS lands! | ![]() zb27 |
