I wouldn't mind knowing the answers to a few questions.

I was interested to see a page devoted to Bleepa Box in the recent presentation. Is it just the software or will there be some hardware?

Who would provide the hardware?

Isn't Bleepa Box worthy of its own RNS?

On The 'Building out our network' page are they all partners?

Do Feedback have a contract with Norfolk and Norwich Hospitals and why haven't we heard about this?

Has the contract with Papworth been renewed?

Was Carelocker trialled at Pennine Care in particular at Fairfield?

Are Feedback expecting further association with Oldham Hospital after 30th September 2021 when it becomes part of the Northern Care Alliance?

The usual investor impatience. The technology seems well received by those who trialled it but the expected contracts have been slow in materialising.

They have got cash for the immediate future but at some point they will need more. That will either come from more contracts or a placing.

Personally I expect some very good news either way. Big enough contracts to take Feedback to profitability or at the very least news to propel the share price so they can raise at a higher price.

So yes it does look a good entry price. You've seen the Presentaion and the interview so you should be able to make a decision.

Was it here or SAV where you've posted before?

Why has this drifted down so much? Looks like a good entry price.

DIAGNOSTICS: RECOVERY AND RENEWALReport of the Independent Review of Diagnostic Services for NHS England This is an independent review commissioned by NHS Englandhttps://www.england.nhs.uk/wp-content/uploads/2020/11/diagnostics-recovery-and-renewal-independent-review-of-diagnostic-services-for-nhs-england-2.pdf6. DIGITISATION AND CONNECTIVITY6.1 Digitisation and IT connectivity across the NHS is currently variable, but will be vital for diagnostic networks to work efficiently. Full digitisation, IT connectivity and interoperability across the NHS from primary to secondary and tertiary care will need to be prioritised if the benefits of improved diagnostic services are to be realised.6.2 For imaging services, IT connectivity will enable efficient use of radiology staff by allowing the workload of reporting to be shared across a network, and will provide access to specialist opinions when these are not available locally. It will allow home reporting of images and avoid duplication of diagnostic tests as patients move between hospitals. The same need for connectivity applies to cardiorespiratory diagnostics.6.3 IT linkage between hospitals, diagnostic hubs and GP practices isalso critical for effective pathology and genomic services. Currently, digitisation of cytology and histopathology is only available in avery limited number of hospitals in England. Full digitisation and IT connectivity of pathological specimens will allow workloads to be shared across networks and specialist opinions to be sought as in radiology. Development of informatics in genomic laboratory hubs and linkageto other services (particularly histopathology) are also needed and will support consolidation.6.4 Community diagnostic hubs will also need to be linked effectively with primary care and with hospitals.6.5 Digitisation is also a necessary precursor to large-scale use of artificial intelligence (AI) in diagnostics in the future, for sharing reporting workloads between hospitals and gaining access to specialist opinions.6.6 The need for both AI and IT connectivity is well demonstrated for stroke patients where rapid assessment and treatment is of the essence.AI can rapidly identify patients who could benefit from thrombectomy, so that suitable patients can be transferred to thrombectomy centres. CT angiography images also need to be shared between hospitals without delay..6.7 Recommendation 19: Improving connectivity and digitisation across all aspects of diagnostics should be prioritised to drive efficiency, deliver seamless care across traditional boundaries and facilitate remote reporting.

So now there are four Trusts.

Feedback have Bleepa, Caretaker and Bleepa Box. Also three dimensional images through the agreement with Axial.

Surely they can announce some contracts soon

Maybe. The virtual conference in November 2020 was held by WISH. WISH contribute to the vision and mission of Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Community Development and Qatar National Vision 2030, and serve to underscore Qatar’s pioneering role as an emerging center for healthcare innovation.

Now is Norfolk and Norwich Hospitals new?

From the link given in the RNS:-

The NHS Commissioning Board (which uses the operational name “NHS England”) is seeking to establish a framework (the “Framework Agreement”)from which NHS England and other NHS bodies (Clinical Commissioning Groups (“CCGs”), NHS Trusts and NHS Foundation Trusts (each a “Contracting Authority” and together the “Contracting Authorities”)) will have the ability to award contracts or sub-contracts for a range of clinical services to be provided from community diagnostic hubs (the “Services̶1;). Please refer to the Specification at Schedule 1 of the ITT for more details of the Services. The objective of Framework Agreement (FA) is to: support the Contracting Authorities' (CAs) ability to improve population health: increase diagnostic capacity: improve productivity and efficiency of diagnostic activity, contribute to reducing health inequalities, deliver a better and more personalised diagnostic experience for patients and support integration of care. The framework will be divided into a number of clinical diagnostic modalities and sub-modalities. Successful providers onto the framework will during the procurement process and potentially during the term of the framework, identify those modalities and sub-modalities which they are capable of providing in identified locations and also identify whether or not they have their own facilities from which such services could be provided from. A FA will be entered into by NHS England on behalf of all CAs with each successful Provider assessed as capable of providing such Services (or any of them) through this procurement process The term of each FA awarded pursuant to this procurement will be for [3] years with an option to extend for a further [24 month period] (the “Term”).
When awarding contracts pursuant to the framework it will be for CAs to determine which modalities or sub-modalities they wish to purchase based on local need and award will be permitted on the basis of either criteria set out in the FA or further competition among those on the FA. Contracts called off from the FA by CAs shall be based upon the NHS Standard Contract or Sub-Contract at National and Local NHS Prices and discounts may be offered. This Procurement is on behalf of the NHS, namely NHS England, all CCGs, NHS Trusts, NHS Foundation Trusts and each of their successor bodies. A list of organisations can be found at:

There are perhaps two ways of interpreting this announcement.

Bleepa wasn't fulfilling the needs of Trusts because of developments within Trusts.

They want a part of the £10 billion Community Diagnostic Hub initiative.

Fairfield comes into mind. Is this where they've been trialling the Carelocker cloud architecture?
