Perhaps in the end covid will prove to have given an opportunity to develop/showcase Bleepa in a live environment, that would have been very difficult otherwise, but at the same time delayed any significant contract signings.

Perhaps expecting too much in the current situation.

That still leaves the salary/bonus thing. A close friend was being paid not that much more, for being operations director for a substantial food business, making millions in profit every year.

I agree with 7321. Even my nephew, who loves his job, doesn't relish the clinician part of his job at the moment. He also notes the hospitalisations have recently included younger people. They are all stressfully busy and would have little or no time to be trained to use Bleepa.

A small top-up for you earlier this morning? :o))

Brasso, thanks for you comment over the weekend about the situation in Holland.

Digger, that's one great story. One to tell in the pub when they re-open. Badminton at 71 - impressive.

Duc, I know that Pennine Acute and Royal Papworth have an unspecified length of free use time during the pandemic but Feedback have never said it will last forever. I consider this free time is a proof of concept / humanitarian period of use.

If I am right about the decline of the Covid virus come springtime then I would assume that to be a perfect period in which various NHS trusts could sign up to Bleepa and train people without overloading their doctors and nurses, which they most certainly would right now. A large number of medical staff are just not in a position to take on extra work learning a new communication system whilst working all existing hours they have to stop this virus from killing folk. These men and women are stressed enough. They are looking for a bit of a break. Also, for all we know, the current free use will end by April and that is a prime reason other trusts are not currently signing up. The free use of Bleepa is time constrained and, maybe, coming to an end very soon leaving too little time for running a full trial elsewhere.

This is all speculation on my part, I don't know Feedback's short / medium term plans any more than the next guy. But I am pretty damn certain that Covid will have a period of dormancy / decline come the sunnier, vitamin D producing, part of the year and that gives our company scope to sell their product in a much more stress free work environment.

Anyway, enough of my prattling, here's a little bit of chat from Tom earlier tonight.

LR2, re post 7318. It is being offered FOC, free of charge, buckshee. Why do trusts need to wait untill April.
I am still a holder but much reduced. I do not want to post negatively. However I sold down due to a few concerns that I have and which I have aired here.
I am ready to buy again once these concerns are eradicated.
Fantastic product for sure, as is Cadran, as is Texrad. However they need to bring in the bacon!

That reply from Walbrook was just waffle and to be expected. Small companies hardly ever have properly independent remuneration committees - they all have interest in the business in one way or another.

"What's he buying if he can't set aside something from his take home pay of 7k+?"

You're not supposed to come up with questions that expose greed.

I am yet to see this vision and drive mentioned in the email. Fairly pathetic to say the least,

Here's the reply to my letter to Walbrook and Feedback along the lines of post 7255.

Thank you for your email and interest in Feedback.

We appreciate your candour and fact that you are following the Company’s affairs closely.

You are right, the Board must, and indeed does keep under regular review the compensation of all its staff and they are very conscious that this is a sensitive topic for investors.

The Board believes that it is extremely fortunate in having as Chief Executive an individual who combines experience as a radiologist with great entrepreneurial vision and drive. As a Board, they fully support Tom and the present strategy, and will continue to monitor progress.

Additionally, it is worth noting that he London Health Foundry address is the Company’s Registered Office address and that it does not pay any rent for staff usage, this has been the case since last April and will continue to remain so.

Further information on the company will be available through announcements and the statutory reports

I really do suggest all LTHs call the broker and voice their concern: Allenby Capital Limited020 3328 5656

Sonie, as Ducatiman says it's being offered for free. They can't even give it away.

I'm beginning to agree with you, LR2 about April. The new tax year may bring about some contracts. This quarter will probably be used to train the new staff.

That is absolutely fine Sonie thank you.
As you may well know, I invested here for Texrad which turned out to be a huge disaster on my part. The last thing I want to see now is the same nonsense spun for Bleepa. The fact Tom has annoyed Ged in his latest communication does not fill me with great confidence particularly as he is on a salary fit for a prime minister.

Bleepa is being offered free of charge during Covid. Does anyone know if any trusts/hospitals have taken up this offer?

PeteK I agree with your remarks about Bleepa/Feedback, why can they not sell it to NHS in these mad times? As with the macro events, leave it out and let's focus on the share and make comments that reflect that

Thanks LR2 to the interview link.

I think the ISO is another plus but haven't we had this before with TexRAD and Cadran?
Where did that get FDBK?

Still annoyed at the moment so I guess I'm viewing everything without those rose-tinted glasses but didn't he say for the umpteenth time over the past year or two:-

"I can't say too much"

Wearing thin that line. Also the smile although there was no wink this time. Mind you the left eye looked like it might hurt!

He can't say too much because there's nothing to say yet.

Still hoping this will come good. The potential is tremendous but at the moment I see more of the con-man rather than the bright entrepreneur I thought he was.

Hard to get things done in the middle of a pandemic. When lockdown finishes, then we might get big news. Easter should be time when things really start to roll.

Ha! I thought he did. Hopefully, it’ll be about something more worthwhile. I can see the viability of their product but they do need to get it over the line soon.

'very happy with where we are positioned at the minute' - Tom.

I see they're making a song and dance about the security just as they did with the CE mark.

I had heard early last year or the year before that a medical person had managed to access Bleepa by by-passing the login!

Ages ago ffs! You'd think they'd have cottoned on sooner and sorted it before now.

Last weeks reply from Oakley has left me flabbergasted.

Just a reminder:-
Eight new salaries
Oakley has a salary of £120K plus £40k bonus +options

A criteria for buying shares has for me been CEO's answering any queries I may have. He's now too important (because he obviously ain't busy) to answer simple questions.

I won't be adding until there's evidence of revenue.

That is my concern too digger, yet they have hired quite a number of new staff, which increases the already high cash burn. I am in two minds on wether to go flat currently.
