Ged, my cousin got Covid from his 13 year old son who was asymptomatic. His partner got it from him.
I do believe schools were a breeding ground for this virus.
Weekend off so I will get round to firing off an email to this PR firm. I have a few questions to ask the answers to which would not be deemed price sensitive.

Erm, let me guess the old mask and social distance measures have caused flu to disappear from the face of the earth but cannot stop covid from going through the roof, apparently.
Sorry, I’m not that gullible.
And the good Dr Fauchi and the behaviour psychologists at Sage are all on record (with their combined hundreds of years experience) advising the public not to wear masks as they were deemed more harmful to health than any benefit.
The charts then speak for themselves when one plots mask mandates and the subsequent surge in apparent infections immediately afterwards. In other words, there seems to be a direct correlation.

And here's an interesting article on how Covid-19 has changed cold and flu season.

You can work out the answer to that yourself I'm sure.

It’s most likely the seasonal flu which these days is called covid. Flu is down 90% this year so where on earth has it disappeared to? It’s perfectly normal for kids to bring back the odd bug from school or nursery.

Strange! I've just finished my grandson's on-line learning and was about to post how quiet it is today.

Just heard that my youngest son has got covid. Works from home, only been out 3 times to the shops this year and wears a mask. Eats plenty of fruit and veg and has been careful. His daughters go to nursery. Hmmm.

You're welcome Ptolemy. It's not been without a few disasters although 2020, like for many others, was my best year for portfolio growth.

Don’t think so Pete, it needs news and good news for that but it’s eerily quiet.

Ged,
Thanks. I see we've both survived ADVFN for nearly two decades, so we must be doing something right!

ducatiman,
Long. For nearly a year. Not large. But I believe it could be transformative for the NHS.

That's very suspicious - 'they' are spying on us, whoever they are !

Yes, welcome Ptolemy, do you have a position here? If so short or long?
How can they sell Bleepa to the NHS when it is being offered free of charge during Covid? Have any trusts taken it FOC?
I think, when I get time I will fire off a few questions to this PR lot, see what waffle I get back as obviously TO is far too busy to be bothered with PIs.

Yump,

on the same lines I went to up vote your post and they told me I already had. I have noticed that for years. Predictive programming?

I think I could manage a dynamic strategy for about £1000 (couple of days work to look credible), starting with raising some money in a placing and then deciding to market worldwide.

Unfortunately I've seen 'dynamic strategies' sooo many times before. Most of the time they're cut and paste from someone else's. Very occasionally they are transforming, but not done by anyone who labels their strategy as dynamic.

Just sell some boxes or at least get a financial committment from the NHS. Or anywhere.

Agree. Dr. Oakley was awarded a bonus for, “the significant contribution he has made to the Company in developing a dynamic strategy and considerable future potential shareholder value.” If that isn’t the bread and butter of a CEO’s role, then what is?

The ‘dynamic strategy’ appears to be to give away Bleepa for free at a time when NHS budgets are under severe strain and resources to negotiate contracts are stretched. Might there also be the image issue of Feedback not wanting to withdraw the 'free' tool when it is of clear benefit in the navigating exception challenges of the Covid crisis. If there's some truth in this, they're at the mercy of the NHS 'mandarins.'

I've written to them and will report on any response. I urge shareholders to do likewise.

Regarding is salary and the general performance of the company, I rang the broker up and asked him just what was going off, he obviously could not talk freely, ie sensitive information, but when I questioned why TO salary is so high, he went quiet then the obvious I cannot comment line came out!

I agree yump many will dump on the rise, if and when a contract winning RNS is out! I am appalled at TO salary being so high, the only argument against it is that the board have faith in him bringing the contracts in. My avg is 2.1, initially bought some at 3p when it fell from 5p. Have averaged down since. He should be well networked within the NHS as that is his background, the reality is in business it is results that count and it is high time for him to deliver!

Isn't a bonus an effing performance evaluation ? In advance ! It should be subject to the same terms as when one company takes over another and the final payment is withheld subject to performance.

Salary is the initial payment, bonus is the final one.
I wish I had been an interviewer. "Have you ever sold anything ?"
I guess we'll see won't we.

Ptolemy, don’t forget he has never bought a single share either! Pleading poverty despite the very high salary and extremely generous bonus.
Now he doesn’t want to be bothered with shareholders.
He has never even acknowledged my emails to him.
But don’t forget folks that this a totally different company now!
Crunch time can’t be far off.

The Directors are doing little to impress shareholders at this time. They've raised cash but apparently not delivered.

I note - as others have done - that Mr. Oakley has been awarded a 40k bonus on top of his 130k salary. His salary is 3 times that of the second highest paid Board member and 4 items that of the previous CEO. He has been assigned more than 13 million share options though he has only been in the role for less than 2-years. And they've moved to rather nice offices at some expense. (Please correct me if any of this is wrong.)

The following comes from the 2019 Annual Report. I suggest shareholders hold the NEDs to the requirement by writing to them.

QUOTE
Performance evaluation - There is currently no formal performance evaluation of the board, its committees and its individual directors. The members of the Board are relatively new to the Company and no-one has served on the Board for more than four years. During 2019, Tom Oakley joined. It is not, therefore, appropriate to conduct any formal board evaluation at present but the Board intend to review both its performance and that of its individual members, annually, commencing in 2020. The non-executive directors are currently responsible for informally reviewing the directors’ performance and highlighting any issues identified.
